- Day six of our Disney Cruise Line Alaska adventure aboard the Disney Wonder and we find ourselves in the last port of Ketchikan! Here we embark on a boat adventure to see how crab pots work before heading back to the George Inlet Lodge to enjoy a crab FEAST! And what a feast it was! I laughed at the “hello darkness my old friend “ 😂 🦀
OMGOSH that was hilarious
Another great video. I love how you get so close to nature.
Largest city in Alaska is Anchorage and the second largest is Fairbanks. : ) (We are from Fairbanks)
We werent sure, thanks for telling us!!!
@@YoungAtTheParks Thanks for the videos, BTW
another great vlog. the crab feast seemed like a good time. Pin collecting is dangerous I hear lol. Definitely something I've been thinking about starting. You guys are seriously so adorable and hysterical. I'm glad I found you.
Pin trading can definitely be addicting!! Thanks so much for the kind words and for watching :)
It was a nice day for your cruise to Ketchikan. We been blessed with nice weather. We love it but it hurts our harvest.
I was hoping to see if I would of saw me!!
I give tours of my home town. You'll definitely catch me at Beaver Falls. You stopped there before arriving to George Inlet.
I love eating crab amongst many other food we get.
One of my favorite stops, is looking for bears at Herring Cove. I see bears all the time and it never gets old.
So glad you enjoyed your trip!
Here in Maryland we have Blue Crab and I'm done after 5 because I get bored picking them 😂😂 Ugh, they're sooooo good though. Real thoughts, do you think that excursion was worth it? Also same with Tianas, least favorite place but amazing atmosphere. We didn't like the sausage fritters. Chad loved his jambalaya and next time he wants to ask if he can just get that instead. We love the pecan tart from there. Not fan of the bennies. Especially since we've had the ones from Jazz Kitchen Express. 🤤🤤 Makes me sad that they're not getting any tourism right now. Sandstorm took me back to my senior year in high school.
I am loving all your DCL to Alaska vlogs. Watched every single one so far. You two are made for vlogging! I have to say... I was cracking up so hard at the commentary about the fish lol.....
Thank you so much for watching!!!
Love these Alaska vlogs, planning for May 2022 as 2020 was cancelled and this year doesn’t look much better. What month did you take your cruise? Beginning or the end of the month, it looks like you definitely lucked out with the rain.
We went September 2019! The weather was amazing and we had the second to last sailing of the season so the Alaska merch on board was on sale. Hope you’re able to reschedule, this cruise is worth the wait and definitely our favorite DCL sailing so far!
@@YoungAtTheParks wow you had great weather for September! Our current sailing is Aug 24 2021 but we’ll try to move it to May 2022. 🤞
We're booked for July, 2021, and have heard that Canada is not allowing cruises of over 100 people until Feb., 2022. Expecting a cancellation from Disney Cruise soon.
Also, Kelly, has anyone ever told you you resemble katie from the Vanderpump rules? You totally do!!
Was this a Disney Sponsored Excursion or a private one?
All of the excursions we experience were booked through Disney but I believe they all technically use outside companies.
Kelly are you related to the wife of TimTracker? If not, you are her doppelgänger
Haha nope, not related at all!
Great vlog. As a avid pin collector, and as you know I was on this cruise with you (it was you and my wife that won the DVC credits), I would love to help you start out with some advice with pin collecting. Like I said in the message Kelly asked me to send on facebook, Have not herd back 🤷♂️, I will be at WDW 10/9-23. So maybe we can get together and go trading in the parks. If at Epcot Ill take you to the DVC lounge.
Sorry about taking so long to reply - I got behind on comments here and on facebook messages! Any pin trading advice would be much appreciated! We've still super new to it :) Pin trading in Epcot sounds super fun! We'll have to touch base when that gets closer and work out some details.
For sure. Hit me up on the message I sent on Facebook. I can tell you I am steering clear of Epcot on the weekends
@@alanz533 sounds good!!
Was the crab feast all-you-can eat?
It was all-you-can-eat but you do have a (sort of brief) time limit in the restaurant.
@@YoungAtTheParks Awww so in other words order 5 plates at time. LOL
Well you butchered the name of that sausage.
We truly strive for accuracy lol
