Wow this worked for me thanks. Not only has the sound returned to the right side, the overall sound quality has drastically improved to the point I can't stand the volume being at max anymore!
These became faulty after 4 months. Tried everything. Then came across this video. Had these ready to send back. Tried the process 3 times and they are now working as good as new. Thank you!! Saved me buying new ones for now 🙌🏽

It seems like they end up acting like 2 separate devices. I would recommend if anyone has issues try having 2 devices and connecting each of them after doing what the guy says and then disconnect them from both devices and connect them again to the device you actually want

Thanks. Every other Bluetooth ear pods don't do it like this, but in this case you have to remove from case and press and hold to buttons for 10 secs. Thought Anker had their stuff together but here I am googling at meeting you. Cool channel!

Ive had mine for over 1 month and the left earphone wont turn on like when you press it , it wont turn on at all. Many other people have had the same issue, apparently the battery capacitor in the earphone has gone

Only the right ear brings out the reset sound. Nothing comes from the left ear at all
