THANK YOU! Much more effective instructions than on Soundcore website. They said nothing about pairing outside the case before putting in charger and pair to device.
i have mine for over a year now. It happened for the first time today. The procedure only worked the second time, the first time I did not hear the reset sound, the second time worked like a charme 😊 thanks a lot

Absolute legend, this fixed mine after 2 attempts, been trying everything I've seen online and all the other methods kept making the earphone that was working stop working, now both are working and at full volume ❤

Thanks. Every other Bluetooth ear pods don't do it like this, but in this case you have to remove from case and press and hold to buttons for 10 secs. Thought Anker had their stuff together but here I am googling at meeting you. Cool channel!

My man, been working out for so long with one earbud bc I tried everything and nothing revived the one bud. This worked and I now have sound on both!!! Ty!!!

Hi, about the charging to this device, how can you tell when they’re charging in the case without a cord? For instance, you’re outside and it happens your earbuds just died. Does the charging case have blinking lights when it’s charging?
hello! when you link the device to your phone, go in the Bluetooth settings you will see the percentage
Still not working for me ans tbh great video but im just gonna send it back because thats just sad that the Company sells broken earbuds

Maybe they are not charging? Do you have the app? Please make sure the sound is turned on for pairing, etc.

My problem is the sound went low especially in the left one they are not as loud all of a sudden

Good luck, some people have success with multiple times of attempting the reset.

for me both r working but my right earphones volume has became soo low for no reason. 1 second working perfectly fine and out of no where one volume is low. i tried pairing it with other device its the same
The reason may be the ear candle try to clean it by making a hole by the needle and it will work better
