And FYI the vast majority of British politicians literally campaigned for us to remain in the EU 😂 only one or two campaigned to leave and one of them was Boris Johnson who was more of a comedy figure in politcis at that point and wasn’t taken seriously by the British public. He was literally paraded around on tv dressed in a Union Jack suit riding around on a clowns tricycle - if anything this was sophisticated propaganda designed to portray people who wanted to leave the EU as mentally unstable clowns. They tried everything, even playing the racism card saying that people wanted to vote leave because they are racists LOL. The fact that we voted to leave despite all of this (just) was a miracle and one of the rare times in recent British history where we’ve had a democratic win over the imperialist/capitalist establishment.
