Should you run out of soft adjustment on the dampers, worth trying one inch smaller wheels, fitted with a higher profile tyrs. Also worth having the under-rbody dry ice blasted, then treated with rust inhibitor and a protective coating. Cheaper than welding in the long-term.
Regarding the dampers, I am not sure if 3 clicks is the same across individual dampers. If you can, get them on a damper rig and see if they all match. Just an idea to check
