As a native Hawaiian the people off the streets tend to be rude to haole (anyone who is not Hawaiian) because it is scared land so some hate tourist here. I don’t mind anyone from anywhere but usually downtown is wild with more wack people but really sub ran like millilani don’t even care. I’d suggest to go out of downtown so you wouldn’t get caught
