Demoing a new YARDER and WINCH | Forestry on RENNEBU | FS22 Platinum Edition | Episode 3

Today we are in Rennebu and we have to get leftover logs out of the logging parcel. But because it was too hard on Unimog we decided to get the yarder. So we contacted a local dealer and they hooked us up with Koller K307c-H + ECKO FLEX yarder, Tajfun EGV 65 AHK SG, and PM DW P 186 winches. They sent the delivery driver to deliver it to our Sawmill but the delivery driver couldn't find our Sawmill. So we jumped into a Sprinter and headed to meet with the delivery driver. We found him parked on the side of the road waiting for us. We spoke with him and he let us drive his Volvo FH16 750 with Schwarzmuller Low Loader 3A. We jumped into the truck and headed to the Sawmill and he followed us in our Sprinter. When we arrived at the Sawmill, we parked the truck and trailer and then unfolded the ramps on the trailer. Then we jumped into our MAN TGX 26.500 timber truck and we unloaded the winches and put them onto our truck using the crane. After that was done we attached the yarder to the back of the truck and then the delivery driver headed back. When that was done we jumped into the truck and transported the new machines to the mountaintop where we detached the yarder and unloaded the winches. Then we returned back to the Sawmill and parked the truck and jumped into the Sprinter and headed to the top of the mountain. After we got there we parked the van and then jumped into a Unimog U1600 and switched the winches. Then we jumped into other Unimog U-5030 and detached the winch and attached the yarder. When that was done it was time to mark the trees. We used a red tree marking spray to mark the trees that we goona cut with an X and we marked the logging trailer with =. After we finished with that we got the yarder in position and then we attached the new winch to the Unimog U-5030 and parked it. Then we jumped into Unimog U1600 and headed to the yarder to set it up. We unfolded the yarder and then attached the yarder rope to the tree. We tested the remote for the carriage and then we were ready for work. We attached the trees with a winch to the carriage and then we used the carriage to transport them to the yarder where we detached them. We did that until we got all the logs out of the logging parcel and then we folded the yarder back. Then we used Unimog U1600 with a new winch to transport the logs from the yarder to the loading place. It took us some time to get all the logs transported but we managed to do it. When everything was done we parked the machines and then jumped into a Sprinter and headed back home.

Hello CamPeR, nice to meet you here in Rennebu again, the front picture tells me that this is now an exciting video with a lot of technology and the devices from the new Platinum Expansion Pack and that's what pleases me the most, I'm so excited about working with it, and what happens. Ah there is already the truck with the new technology, oh with me everything tingles when I see that inspires me totally... No, that's cool, you can lift the attachments over with the grab of the truck, wow I haven't managed that yet with me fall except the tribes other things by no matter what, omg you make me jealous, but I keep trying.
