This pastor really knows what he's talking about, he truly was blessed by God, my husband cleaves to his father, mother and brother, he's even told me they're his family and I'm not, I'm alone raising the children because he's not a part of our family, I would love to submit to my husband, I would love for him to be the head of our home, he refuses to take his role, so I do my best to fulfill his and mine. I asked Father what my gift is and He said, “You are a helper”. Well, I said something to the effect, with a pouty face, “ I don’t want to be a servant”, then the Father leaned forward with a smile and said to me, “I’m a helper”. I'm watching this video after having a fight with my husband. We disagreed about a issue and he called me a feminist. Unfortunately there's strife between us. This is one of the greatest messages on marraige Ive ever heard because I could feel the holy spirit speaking on it the whole time. Lord wake us up! May we give reverence to marraige and covenant. I pray healing and restoration over all those struggling in marraige. We need unity in the church and thats not going to happen until there is unity in marraige.

Love feeding on real meat of an anointed Word. But let us be careful to spend more time with God personally seeking our own revelations through studying the Word and in prayer ourselves. Too many believers distance themselves accidentally from God by loving His anointed ones more. This is an enemy strategy. Be on alert of the wiles of the devil, and the great falling away. Continue to love hearing the Word but stay under God’s wings.
The last few seconds of this sermon is most important, in my opinion. My kids apparently do not want to go to church because of the many times we, as their parents, fight on the way to church - we were not ‘walking together’: we were not in agreement. Lord, please forgive us and help us to ‘agree’. Amen
I am really judgemental when it comes to spiritual teachings. Mr. Prince is a genuine teacher of the ways of God. I think his prayer in another video just helped me to release a curse. My neck problems and headaches just disappeared. I don't like meds but I take aspirin sometimes to help.(used to...until now...) The holy spirit is alive and real. I shall meet you one day Mr. Prince. Thanks and may God bless us all.
Remember the children are watching their parents behavior more than the parents think. This is where the next generation of women and men learn how to become the kind of husbands and wives that we see today. When young little girls and boys found out why mommy or daddy was crying that hurt and heartbreak went deeper than the parents could imagine...but the adversary knew this and used that to further destroy the original intent of relationship between men and women.

I wish we can have more teachings like this one today especially in Africa. Marriages are not taken seriously at all even among Christian s. When it come to marriages we rely on our culture more than on the teachings of God. Adultery is normalised in marriage. Our forefathers were polygamous and that what holds back most Christian men.

Coming from a broken home, I had no idea what it was to be loved. Throughout my life, I sought out love that was not godly. After I encountered the Holy Spirit and gave my life to God, I was still so deeply broken and insecure. I had NO idea what it was to be treated with love. I got married to a man who had the ability to convince me that we were destined to be together. I was broken, he was broken and he was abusive toward our chilren and myself. It was relentless. He never loved me or showed me that I was worth loving. In turn, I was trying to get us help from the church, but with no success. He said that he had "Special Knowledge " and there was nothing wrong with our marriage.....in other words, he knew best. I stayed for 14 years and I tried to make it work. But I could not. I am in Christian counselling for complex trauma, and he was married again in a couple of years. I have longed for a look at what the real love is, but I know that it has to come from the same beautiful Creator wo paid the price for me on the cross. Only then will I be satisfied
I have been seperated for 3 years now , we share 3 beautiful children and I see how our seperation has destroyed our kids lives , it hurts , everytime we argue she always tells me to send divorce papers , watching this sermon I get mixed emotions, I don't think I would be where I am today with my faith in Christ we had not go through. I don't know what to do , by the grace of God I am saved , though her love of self and money has consumed her, I know the enemy uses her to try and disrupt my peace and often find myself in pit and shame when I let anger get the best of me , I'm lost and not sure what to do
U can pray & fast about it and seek the word in ur bible. Don't make a rash decision when ur in ur feelings. Pray 1st then act later. Seek God's guidance always. Some times separation is good u can work on ur self & become a better person & spouse. Don't give up yet.

Only death breaks the marital Covenant, not divorce. Romans 7:1-3 1 Corinthians 7:39 Mark 10:2-12 is also helpful to understand marriage is for life and divorce not allowed or recognized by God

He was rejected as Jesus was by the religious establishment. He has cures to our problems but many don't want the flock healed because they will be exposed. Glad you found DPM Ministries. Then they may confined in about there life if they feel led to tell you anything because GOD knows so you really don't have too. Help Rebuild families relationships with young people husbands and wives or Just help someone to be a BETTER friend to reach the lost.

Same here! I learn more with his teachings than in 20 years of church. Churches are dead, producing luke warm christians that do not know about deliverance, about the Holy Spirit, about truly following Jesus.
No preacher nowadays can be compared to Derek's teachings...all his videos I have come across so far are just so wonderfully inspiring. Only God knows why he left so soon. Thank you Prince for all the inspiration. Your legacy lives👍👍🙏🙏

I wish we can have more teachings like this one today especially in Africa. Marriages are not taken seriously at all even among Christian s. When it come to marriages we rely on our culture more than on the teachings of God. Adultery is normalised in marriage. Our forefathers were polygamous and that what holds back most Christian men.
That’s lie .I have seen Africans who respect marriage.No need to trash your own people .We as Africans have been disrespected so much .Africans must stop contributing to trash Africans

Was Derek Prince divorced and remarried, or was his wife married and divorced before him? I heard something to that effect but cant confirm...
His first wife died and then he remarried.

This is a true man of God, May God bless you Pastor Derek, most man can quote from Genesis to Revelation, but they don’t do what the Bible says, they are running 🏃♀️ from their responsibilities as a man, running after other women, May God have mercy on them.
Coming from a broken home, I had no idea what it was to be loved. Throughout my life, I sought out love that was not godly. After I encountered the Holy Spirit and gave my life to God, I was still so deeply broken and insecure. I had NO idea what it was to be treated with love. I got married to a man who had the ability to convince me that we were destined to be together. I was broken, he was broken and he was abusive toward our chilren and myself. It was relentless. He never loved me or showed me that I was worth loving. In turn, I was trying to get us help from the church, but with no success. He said that he had "Special Knowledge " and there was nothing wrong with
our marriage.....in other words, he knew best. I stayed for 14 years and I tried to make it work. But I could not.
I am in Christian counselling for complex trauma, and he was married again in a couple of years. I have longed for a look at what the real love is, but I know that it has to come from the same beautiful Creator wo paid the price for me on the cross. Only then will I be satisfied

I have been seperated for 3 years now , we share 3 beautiful children and I see how our seperation has destroyed our kids lives , it hurts , everytime we argue she always tells me to send divorce papers , watching this sermon I get mixed emotions, I don't think I would be where I am today with my faith in Christ we had not go through. I don't know what to do , by the grace of God I am saved , though her love of self and money has consumed her, I know the enemy uses her to try and disrupt my peace and often find myself in pit and shame when I let anger get the best of me , I'm lost and not sure what to do
U can pray & fast about it and seek the word in ur bible. Don't make a rash decision when ur in ur feelings. Pray 1st then act later. Seek God's guidance always. Some times separation is good u can work on ur self & become a better person & spouse. Don't give up yet.

Yes but does not mean you can divorce or remarry.. its to bring peace.
1 Corinthians 7:15 if there is a problem in the marriage we are not in bondage, there is separation and reconciliation.
Only death breaks the marital Covenant, not divorce.

Mark 10:2-12 is also helpful to understand marriage is for life and divorce not allowed or recognized by God

One of the best messages I have listened to about marriage. I have admired Derek Prince since I was a young Man. I have read several of his books and still keep them. I even named my son Prince in honor of this legendary preacher and so I truly respect him. God bless him in heaven together with his dear wives Lidya and Ruth.

He was rejected as Jesus was by the religious establishment. He has cures to our problems but many don't want the flock healed because they will be exposed. Glad you found DPM Ministries. Can't wait tell Derek how much he helped me at the end of the age. Jesus is my rock. Single but devoted to God my husband and Maker unless He chooses otherwise.

45:31 and conclusion is SO VERY TRUE and Sadly most ministries AVOID the issue, if the Family is Broken the Church is Full of broken people hurting Discouraged quit looking for the Clink in what little (armour )they have and breakout the Welding kit to shore them up. Then they may confined in about there life if they feel led to tell you anything because GOD knows so you really don't have too. Help Rebuild families relationships with young people husbands and wives or Just help someone to be a BETTER friend to reach the lost.
