She's still amazing. I've been loving her music since I was a kid in the 70's. I was in high school when this one came out. She's still pretty and still awesome.
I was ten years old when this soundtrack came out. Shaking You had me shook from the very beginning. It still gives me chills. I agree with Cicilo1983 that this should have been a single. I had the wonderful opportunity to see ONJ live twice, however she didn't perform this one (or Twist of Fate) at either of my shows. Always was, always will be brilliant.
At some point soon, I wish Olivia would release a CD of her greatest loves (only) and promote it - I'm convinced it would be a hit, songs like this and others from throughout her career.
Her voice got even better as she aged, more power behind it and a slightly deeper register.And as always, Olivia's face and phrasing convey the meaning of the words. She is an excellent performer.
Brian Cormack Carr I used to draw pictures of Olivia and give them to my mom. She still has them! Madonna came around and Olivia kinda went to the background, but I have never stopped loving her. She makes me happy and reminds me of the good old days! I hope she knows how much she affected so many people.
