Preparing for Winter. new nokian r3 tyres

In this video I am putting on a new set of nokian R3 Winter tires on my wife's car to prepare for the Winter and in my opinion they are the best tire option available for the Winter driving. Is there a non studded norctic Winter tire. They're not the cheapest on the market but you gotta remember you get what you pay for.
