They shine the best when against bosses with buff removing NPs that don't spam them too often, and with tamamo castoria trung you should be nigh unstoppable. However I cannot think of a good node to test this team on as DB spams debuffs and charms a lot and breaks that team so I decided to try BB Dubai as my secondary support/dps instead, this also shows how you kind of don't need to run a healer in the team if you have trung sisters because they heal (even though the barrage of debuffs in the end really fucked me up lol)
I think the buff is a nice little utility patch but at the end of the day doesn't enhance overall performance of the character. They are still just ok.
Even for cases like Hakuno, if the pierce is a buff used during the NP and not permanent, you can use buff block to disable the pierce effect and make the attack blockable. Note that it doesn’t work for some permanent or break bar buff, which can bypass buff block

Buff remove resist is a good mechanic that will definitely come into play when they spam bosses with it more often. That's why I'm excited when ereshkigal can tank a np while front row all explode. More fun for me.

Well technically castoria's only weakness now is the Hakuno's, but other than that, yeah pretty much an invincible np.
