It's kinda easy but not at the same time, cause if you wanna fanchart just like him you either gotta know coding or know somebody who will code for you, or just how to port modcharts. If not, then you just gotta know how to use notes and events in chart editor.

This song doesn't seem to bare any resemblance to the lost Shaggy song it refers to. Not to say it's bad by any means, it's just that Ultra Instinct already exists as an extra bit of lost media, recharted by fans from the original Shaggy mod. Nothing sounds like it was inspired by or taken from that. While still a fitting name for the music, you're better off not confusing some people like me. Just a simple title rename is really all it takes.

This song is a remix of Ultra Instinct (Remake) by the composer Tomz_. The song "Ultra Instinct" actually has 3 versions: The lost Shaggy song, made by SrPerez, Ultra Instinct Old, composed by Tomz_ and its remake composed by the same person. While this song is a Voiid Chronicles remix of Ultra Instinct Remake, it does not need to sound similar to the Lost Shaggy song, simply because it's not the same. If you want the Voiid Chronicles remix of Ultra Instinct by SrPerez, I suggest that you check out Real_Dodo's channel, where you will find the song that you expected to hear.
I won't be doing any of that, as I don't see this as something that should've gotten this serious.
