One nice thing about 2020: Andrew has returned to old school “show up to the casino and play cards” style vlogs versus endless meetup game vlogs
I like these; opponents are just playing versus doing some wacky things just “to get on the vlog”.

Andrew, seeing these live vlogs again makes me happy. It’s been a rough stretch for myself, dad has glioblastoma since summer and isn’t doing well and no poker. However, poker rooms here on the east coast are slowly opening back up finally. The production and music mixes together and seeing these live vlogs again is almost like a little escape from everything. Keep crushing it man
Memorable session. I can recall two such sessions when the run good reached absurd levels. Including one 13 years ago where I had three pocket pairs on three *consecutive* hands and flopped two sets and quads.

Love to see the river fold with the AQ, even though i also love when you say "I didnt come all the way to ___, to fold trip Aces/folding is boring". Tough fold but led to a great sesh. Good shit.
Yeah I think it was a great fold to kinda looked like pocket dueces or sixes
Either that or he had a combo draw and missed and turned it into a really good bluff
Yeah...pretty great fold there. The jack on the river is key because with all combos of AJ getting there AQ becomes an easier fold. Also, hell of a read that CO was on a flush draw. When the BB check/raises 2 players on the flop with an Ace high board he's got 2-pair or better nearly 100% of the time and his turn barrel into 2 players is crazy strong. When Neeme calls again out of position it should be very clear that bluffing the river is suicide which means his river jam can be respected rather easily. Still though, theorizing is easy. Actually laying down trips 2nd kicker is very hard in practice.
After re watching it. I think he def had 22 or 66. Multiway pot with a wet board i would def check raise with either of those hands
@@Tjnumber1 honestly, I'm not even all that sure that 22 should be jamming river for value. That hand loses to AJ/66/A6s and there may even be a combo of A2s out there too. Meanwhile, the only hands that can possibly pay off a jam are AK/AQ and, as seen, that's not even a sure thing. Seems super thin; I think A2 and 66 play better as jams and 22 is a great check/call candidate.

Very good fold on the AQ hand. You save money in tough spots. I think he shows up with sets and A6 a lot. Feels like a cooler, Dead read on hearts getting out of the way to your left. So hard to bluff there. Have to trust your instincts he s going for max value.

A good regular (like Andrew said he was) would have checked down Ace Rag in that situation if he didn't have the boat. I think Andrew was beat there. I guess there was a chance of a bluff since Andrew underrepresented his hand throughout, but I'm still folding.
@@murray8378 agreed, likely up against A6/A2 which shows that he really lost the hand when he didn’t raise pre-flop 6 handed.

I think Andrew overthought the Ace Queen hand. He had a near lock kicker, and while there were potential boats out there, from the big blind unlikely. I'd have called...but I don't play 5/10 at Bellagio.
the player that raised was UTG, not BB.
That being said, he could've had AK but I'm leaning towards calling here with AQ as I have a feeling, the way that it's played, UTG might have been bluffing it off...
then again, maybe that's also the reason we're not playing 5/10 @ Bellagio, as you mentioned.
You're underthinking it. What hands does AQ beat that play that way? C/R flop over two people, lead big into two people, shove river full pot.
You talked about 3 hands. “Quite the session. I don’t know how many full houses, I don’t know how many flushes”. I can count them on one hand looool
The first hand was lost when you didn't three bet. The fold on the river was good. He didn't have s flush draw there.
Had the same thought when I saw it. A6 and A2 is pretty dominated to call a 3bet there. Also 22, 66 have EV- calling a 3bet I think.

Can you explain your thinking on the AQ hand, why are you calling $500 on the turn to fold on essentially a brick river ? If you are only calling to boat up are you not getting the wrong odds ? The guy is shoving all missed draws so just wondering your thought process here ? Cheers
