About the laser, I am about 3 treatments into laser hair removal for my face and neck currently, you need to shave the day of the treatment so that the laser can target the hair when it is in a growth mode or something. My person uses a laser that cools immediately after each laser shot so makes it more comfortable. For the most part the pain is like a rubber band snapping against your face some treatments hurt more than others. Hope that helps.
