I heard masterpiece from MIW for the first time in my dreams back in 2003, seeing that myself in the future was scrolling through RUclips and was listening to that song in 2023. After all these years I didn't have it since I woke up, It's such a wonderful masterpiece to hear again knowing it was not just dreams lost, but the future that will be and has become.

Ember was the last album from breaking Benjamin I heard in my dreams, so either what I saw then of my future is going to end before they make another album or it could be their last. I only got to hear MIW for the first time in reality in 2023, so I missed out a lot, but at least I got to enjoy their music in my dreams back then for awhile. Masterpiece meant a lot to me in the dreams. Though it's been 20 years, when I found it again after all this time, I could still sing to it.

Saw their show in Oklahoma City, was so awesome seeing them play Slaughterhouse with the singer from Fit For A King doing the vocals Bryan Garris does in the song

Been a fan since 'The Whorror' and 'When love met destruction '. Its been amazing watching them grow as a band although i will always prefer their older style than when they went mainstream. But the again i feel like that with every band that eventually gets big.
Their old stuff was so good. I think the new stuff is gold too, but idk if it’s the nostalgia or the style but just nothing is topping the old stuff haha

The video is referencing the Egyptian God of death. Upon reaching the afterlife he would weigh your heart on scales against a feather. If you led a good life your heart would be lighter than the feather and you could enter the afterlife if not the underworld awaits you. It's a clever reference as the song itself is about the hypocrisy of people offering "thoughts and prayers" when they're the ones responsoble for tragedy. Like when a politician installs a gun free zone and there's a mass shooting. They took away peoples ability to defend themselves then offer thoughts and prayers to the victims... The prayers of the damned don't mean anything
