For the pancakes:
600 ml milk | 3 cups
230 g all-purpose FLOUR
2 eggs
2 pinches sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp melted butter
Butter for the pan
For the mascarpone cream:
2 egg yolks
5 tbsp powdered sugar
250 g mascarpone
200 ml cold cream | 1 cup
2 tbsp Marsala wine
3 tbsp coffee
Whipped cream for serving
