For anyone out there who might take what he said as first time advice, you do not need at least 3.5 grams of mushrooms to trip. Every body is different. Take 2 and see where you're at.

I do TRT too. It has helped tremendously, although I think I may need a higher dose. I only have to take mine every 14 days.

FYI...Steroids are when one is taking so much Testosterone that it is Hyperbolic Steroids. TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) is not Hyperbolic, it simply increases 'low' T-levels in the User.

TRT isn’t steroids, when done correctly it’s just meant to keep your testosterone levels normal, or maybe the high side of normal (600-800). It helps your heart, lungs, brain, literally everything - but if it goes too high, the symptoms can be as bad or worse as when they’re too low - figure out the best dose for you, stay consistent with it and it’s a life changer. Been on it for 7 years and I never get sick.
