    Hi payal. Paneer sabji recipe is extraordinary. I will try today! And it also looks too good. I should say that your ambition to try making Pav is very applauding. And I too think that they did come out good as Italian bread. Your attempts are very appreciated by your family and that’s very important. Also the best part is they are homemade dear.     I made pao yesterday for first time and it turned out very well. The dough should be kneaded very well. And even after setting in tray cover it and keep it for 1 hour and then put it in oven. I also made pao for vada pao.

    I am a food dt teacher, and i teach children how to cook bread. Some of the comments just made me laugh!
    You did the right thing by letting it rest,thats called proving . After that you have to knock it back ,means you gently let the air escape by folding the dough again and then shaping it.
    Payal hard to say what and where you went wrong. Maybe you didnt knead it enough in the first round, you have to knead for good 20 mins or more.

    Hi payal all the process u followed was correct but u missed doing one thing after u bake pav when it’s hot just rub little butter on it later put wet muslin cloth or any cotton cloth which is wet and water drained properly cover and let it rest for 15 20 mind then remove cloth to c soft spongy pav do try and lemme know

    Make bread ka sabzi.. Onions green chillies saute in oil with jeers ginger garlic and add other veggies..then regular masalas and break bread pieces.. Also known is bread upma

    Yaar, oven me rakhne ke speed se kuch na hota hain... Knead it more and activate gluten well in it... And the temperature was not well set... And yes, jabbhi aise pav banao, take it out of oven after 10 minutes and brush butter, after 10 minutes, cover with a damp cloth and keep it for about 30 minutes.. you'll see how soft they are

    Hi payal how are you?Do not use hope at least you tried another time may be next time you are gonna be successful in making vara pao .And the black lentils is called sabut masar and during cooking you can add a little bit of masoor dal unit and when it is cooked add half cup of milk in it and only garlic and cumin seeds tarka then you’ll love it with boiled rice .

    Kneading is the trick...accha se knead it.....n put butter or oil ( no strong smelling) knead for 10 minimum...n after baking cover it with dampen cloth n then eat...the top layer will be soft...

    Payal brush with milk before u keep in oven before baking.
    After baking apply butter snd cover it damp cloth for 10 to 15 mins
    This step is must otherwise it becomes hard.

    In my experience.... Include 2tbsp milk powder for every cup of flour.. After the bread is baked.... U should apply some butter on top while the pav is hot out of oven and then cover the pav with damp cloth and let it cool down completely. The pav outer crust will become soft....

    Apko oven me khali niche ki rod chalu rakhni chahiye upr ki nahi. Aur last k 5 mins baki rhe tab apko pav ke color k liye uper ki rod chalu krni chahiye.

    Nobody is successful in making the perfect bread in their first try. It takes a number of tries. These maybe some things that you need to consider-
    1. Gluten free flour may cause problems
    2. Your Yeast is good as it turned frothy so no problem with that.
    3. When you preheat your oven keep an oven safe bowl filled with water inside the oven. You need that humid environment inside the oven to get a good bread. While giving the bread to bake again add some hot water in that bowl.
    3. Oven temperatures vary so maybe your bread is getting done before 20 minutes so start checking from 15 minute mark.
    4. Brush milk or butter all around the bread as soon as it comes out of oven. The hot bread will soak all that goodness & stay soft even for 2 days.
    Hope this helps. Next time make with good old all purpose flour or bread flour.

    Okay, I'm going to try and point out what went wrong with the Pav bread :)
    * Try "blooming" the yeast in very slightly warm milk and 1 tbsp sugar, rather than water and cover the container as it blooms. This gives the yeast some "food" to produce CO2 and become Frothy (as you wanted it :)
    * Knead the dough for a loooooong time after mixing it. This causes the formation of protein strands which make the bread rise and stay soft. Keep kneading until it doesnt stick to the counter or fingers (side note: the dough looked liquidy)
    * Proof it until you can poke a finger and the hole doesn't close immediately. Then roll out ALL the air
    Before putting it in the baking try, knead the individual balls also for some time.
    * Top becomes hard due to presence of steam in the oven while baking. Don't put any extra water in the oven, and again, make sure the dough isn't liquidy.
    *After baking time is done, remove it immediately and let it cool. Don't poke the bun with a fork as it let's all the air out. The baking process is not complete until the bread has cooled.
    * Brushing the pav with butter while still warm does soften the crust slightly more.
    Try making it again :)

    Ohhh that’s fine as a first timer u did better mine was super flop then I got the process and it’s coming soft now a days....u have to knead it for a long time .....and I think u kept the yeast for long time in warm milk don’t know about the instruction .....lovely vlog as usual ❤️❤️❤️

    Pav 20 min bake k baad ghilla cotton kapda dalo uspr ( squeeze and takeout all water from cloth then use it ) for sometime usse soft hoga
    Even when you keep it for rising tabhi b wet cotton kapda dalo acha phulega and upparse kadak ni hoga soft hoga.

    For laadi pav Bread ..it needs lot of moisture ( water milk powder and butter), and lot of kneading .. 15 mnts of kneading to form gluten.. keep trying.. you will get it next time.

    Pav bahar se soft hone ke liye once u take it from oven just apply it with butter n cover it with a mild wet cloth for 5min it will.b very soft payalji...
    It came good just may b it was lil hard so u can try this trick payalji

    It's called 'akkha masur' it is very famous in Maharashtra and Karnataka tooo .U can prepare varieties of dishes with it. Soak it overnight and and with tadaka of onion ,garlic n lots of tomatoes curry leaves and cook it n make it's' USAL,,' here in my city a hotel is named Akkha Masur Special. It is very rich dish in maharashtra. Even u can make maharashtrian Kolhapuri pandhara rassa usually this pandhara rassa means white curry of nonveg stock .It's soooooo famous here. But...... For veg people this white curry is prepared with this masur stock. Cocount milk is used for this recipe. My mouth started watering just I told about it,☺️

    Lovely vlog. But one suggestion for your bread that grease some milk or butter before baking. It will rise automatically Or else grease with some egg.

    Brush with milk to keep it shiny and crusty.You have to knockdown initially which you did , so it should be good.If it cant be eaten , toast and make crumbs.😀jugaad for cutlets.

    Once we keep it in oven for rising, the temperature is higher than the room temperature. Then for preheating the oven, when we take the tray out the temperature again drops. Due to that, it may lead to the air escape the dough. I think that may be the reason.. because the same happened to me last week 😄

    Payal.? Bake karane se pahela pav par milk wash lagalo.i m always making bread and pav at home and bake on 350 even pre heat oven on 350. Have to knead proper I mean to say too much exercise of hands .so gluten will develop proper..
