if its car, need to park the car at main road itself (Jai hind Hotel) & go by walk from there. If its 02 wheeler, we can ride upto the base of the hill (passing under railway tunnel) & park the vehicle. But during monsoon, be careful, since its mud road, & it will be slippery.

Since its little known place with less visitors, its suggestible to go on weekends/Holidays, since crowd will be there. And better avoid late evenings. If going with gang, its totally safe.
