Wow, that's just awful. Well maybe someone caused th we m terrible hardship by paying off government officials to break the law and prevent them from getting benefits. Or maybe they don't have any transportation and have a physical disability and cannot work. Or maybe someone withholds their mail so they can't file for things ( but if they had their documents it wouldn't matter because someone paid people to mess with their application for food stamps and tanif) I saw them too.
