barbigirln : It is calculated by Henderson Hesselbach's equation and Siggaard Anderson nomogram..can also be calculated via formula derived from above equations: 16.2 x (pH-7.40) -24.8 + HCO3.. different formulas are given to calculate..
in short, don't go in detail..it'll be there on ur ABG report.. 😊😁
