You missed Highway’s point, completely, in the roast. Why make fun of Alia’s character- she felt free for once because of her past. Only last 20 minutes of the movie showed how toxic her family was when she confronted them about the molestation. You should have focused on those minutes only.
Yeah, I did not get the point of roasting Alia's character. She wasn't toxic, her family was. She was a survivor of abuse and all she ever craved for was freedom. In other words, to be heard and understood. But this video simply makes fun of all that experience and trauma.
But dad of that guy was way more toxic as well as creepy atleast yeh log toh last mai sudhar bhi jaate hai, that guy's dad and uncle were responsible for his mother's death and guess what his father was a lawyer, I don't know why it didn't gain much popularity but I kind of liked this movie especially Harshvardhan Rane

yes her overacting made it look bad while the deep silence at the end of SAIRAT and it's bgm playing was actually enough to feel the pain for their child who was walking alone without knowing what actually happened to his parents, it is so sad that they didn't think about that little child once though they had a blood relation with him.
