mä näin myös sen :DD
i saw the guy he was like fuck this going over board
I'm pretty sure that is the microphone guy falling back words xD
Came here to see this comment. What a fall.
Thank you for bringing this show to RUclips! We started watching it on Netflix a couple of years back and loved it, but they only ran one season and canned it. I emailed them to request more seasons but no luck. I even tried to buy it on DVD! I’ve since dropped Netflix and gave up on ever seeing the rest of the shows, so now hubby and I are trying our best to pace ourselves! 😂😂😂😂
Those recovery deserve medal of honour for their service keeping a lifeline open.govt should pay them big salary
About 80 bucks a minute...last I heard...idk bout them
I salute you all for what you do.🙏
Bord Gord is my topdog, he give me goosebumps 🤭, he seems too be soo nice man ❤
You get around. Lol I've seen you here a lot. 👍 Great show!
I don't know why trucks and ice are just great to watch
Lol just a great combo
That comment " when this highway closes the world closes" is so full of its self. Nothing like the Yanks only recognize their own country and the rest of the worlds does not exist
Thanks for the video.....work with patience though🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
When i was 15 years old i also witnessed a woman that wanted to cross the Autobahn in Germany and was hit by a motorcycle, her leg was ripped off and i looked the other way and noticed 200 meters further the motorcyclist, the other part of her leg was hanging on the motorcycle, it was awfull and on the next parkingplace we were all crying it out.
I saw it at age 6. A citroen was taking a turn much too fast and got it's side ripped of by an oncoming volvo that couldn't do anything to avoid it. Unfortunately a teen girl sitting in the back was resting her arm on part of the door, and when the door was ripped away, so was her arm. And what remained of her arm was so mangled that there was no way that they would ever be able to put just part of it back on her shoulder. I can still hear her screaming in terror at age 62. I hope her father thought it was worth her arm to step a little harder on that pedal, not to mention the injuries he caused to the volvo driver (fortunately not lifethreatening).
But the worst thing I've seen personally was a moped driver who ran a red and ended up under a semi. When we (first responders) reached the scene, we knew only that a moped driver had been in an accident. It was far worse than that. He had been caught by a bogie and dragged around with the wheel movement, and then when the semidriver could react and put on the brakes full force he was directly underneath the 2 wheels. Al we had to go on was a red slippery trail leading from the accident site to the other side of the intersection, with bits of clothes scattered throughout the trail. There was nothing to identify anything or anybody left. Just that red trail. The poor driver had been dragged into a pub by witnesses, and they deliberately got him so blasted he coudln't stand or even sit up straight. And he was just crying all the time and asking where the moped driver was at. No. He wasn't speeding or anything. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. But his life and mind of ease was permanently ruined. And even hardened officers and responders were violently ill from the sight and having to litterally scrape him from the road and semi and put him into buckets instead of a stretcher.
That was an awful experience, and I can only imagine what that trucker fatality must have looked like. I feel deeply sorry for Brandon that he had to experience something so awful on his first try and being only 16. This will remain with him for the rest of his life.
I'm so very sorry you guys are scared for life, such horrors can never be erased or unseen. Sending you hugs and strength, keep hope and faith close.
The State should pay at least half of the cost for clearing that road and reduce the taxes for these guys who do a wonderful job.
Omg thst highway is like northern nightmare in winter.even Siberia is really tough but nothing like this carved thru mountains
E muito bonito
Mad respect,i was there last on holiday. I come from the Netherlands and am a truckdriver.
It started snowing and in our little Toyota car it was slippery. I noticed that they not trying too keep it ice free. Is it because they cannot win the fight against the winter? But like i said much respect too the drivers
Mkn
M.!?

?! M?? M
😮
😊😅😊😊
😅😊😅😊
Am I the only one noticing the high speed of the trucks on those slippery roads
The amount of driving 18 wheelers do, they're not too swift. Too many of these drivers don't adjust their speed to weather conditions nor do they SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER! Tomorrow is promised to no one.
The solution is railways in this weather
17:58 the punjabi guy❤
'bss'
i am just ge download this serise now just love it
This is reason why in EU Alps have been carved with tunnels and overpasses, more than Swiss cheese. Yet in all wisdom Canada builds steep curvy highway in total impractical way (just to be cheaper)...
and what i don't understand, this highway is open since many years. and every year the same stories? haven't they learned anything? except buying a few more fancy rigs?
@@benediktmorak4409 Exactly! Insanity = doing the same thing over and over and over, expecting different results.
For a road that has - apparently - such an important role, why don't you dig some tunnels? In Switzerland we have tunnels on important axes..
Yes we do.. We have car trains too! I don't think we'll ever stop trying to improve the Gotthard tunnel. Greetings from Flüelen. 😊

OF COURSE THERE ARE!
These people should come to Finland to learn how to drive 👍🏽💪🏽
😂😂👍👍
To a flat country which rarely sees much snow?
rarely sees snow?? do you live in helsinki and think rest of finland gets that little snow?@@ImForwardlook
@@ImForwardlookFinland according to you has hardly any snow? Lmao.
@@jonyq Compared to many places in North America it doesn't.
With a sweden rigd Scania we take on all roads, would love to take the chalenge..
Eh, since Scanias, or any Euro brand also have synchronised gears or auto transmissions compared to the US/NA semis, probably a pretty good chance its gonna be quite a bit easier for yall.
Any european cabover is worse than any american conventional truck.
@@loutenant9480next joke please
@@jiphoogerwerf777 the only joke is 4x2 European crap "trucks" on a snow winter road.
Rediculous that most drivers don't know how to put on snowchains, such things must be learned at the Driving School before getting a drivinglicense.
I think there are too many wreckless semi-drivers who drive much too fast and without snowchains in such conditions. They are not the smartest ones.

Watching from phil.
Yr highway patrol police are crazy to say, "we want the road open now". Let them help instead of only give orders and looking, those idiots.
❤❤❤❤
Like the show but I love it more if they would leave out the BUILT IN BS drama!
These drivers with their fancy rigs wouldn't have a chance and survive for 5 minutes in Siberia...
Really, why don't you tell us all why! 😂😅
@@jeanettecoleman-mz7ie
For me to know.
For them to find out.
Greetings from Moscow.
From Russia.
And not from Ohio, USA
Ohh really
@@ashishkumarsharma258 just watch those clips. never seen any of those fanyx rigs, neither summer or winter, or any other time, in Siberia.
😂Who'd want too?
Only in the US and Canada will you see amateur drivers all the time. Big mouths, big egos and no talent for driving at all. Trucks or any other vehicles.
closure is not an option✌
35:55 it is not easy to record in these severe conditions.
hahah i also saw this when watching xD
@headbangersvg Yes, it is an interesting episode, but the ending was very heartbreaking.
Watching idiots in cars is a daily reminder to stay patient.
And being a truck driver is my dream job please anyone
35:55 did you see that guy in the background?! xDDD
These driver's should should watch driving in Gabon, Congo Siberia Afghanistan Taipei roads etc. I think they take things for granted..
During snowfall it should be forbidden for semi's to pass other cars so the left lane keeps open for normal traffic.
You seriously mean that the vehicles moving the fastest shouldn't be allowed to pass?
at the 35:54 mark take a close look xD
I have watch that point over 10 times now XD. Poor microphone man.
35:56 Audio guy sent a prayer to jesus
You guys are feeling, crying and x y z so on….only for one fatal accident….. that was crazy in India, if you take a normal town you will find 2 or more involving in accident that took their lives a day, no cannot to watch their dead bodies because of disintegration….no need of post-mortem at all..no age limit father, mother , children , grand mother, grand father and even disabled person will die daily
21:49 WTF was that?!
Thats why never skip leg day😂
Organization this for past 👍
I recomment before you are driving listen to the weather report, then probabely you won't find you in this bad weather
conditions.
easy to say but there are people living there who need their supplies and they can't wait six months for the snow to melt.
Then if weather is bad CLOSE THE ROAD
Highway snowstorm hill
Yeah, absolutely. This is a highway to hell.
at least it has an experienced recovery team with heavy-duty vehicles.
There is a road called road of bones in Siberia, no recovery teams, no passing by vehicles, and -49 degrees fahrenheit.
😊
I love this documentary
is Mister Walt okay? 27:07
Too much camera shifting is wat making it less intresting.
can you help me
Is there anyone from Snowrunner here? These guys need help
