Drannith Magistrate has a combo with Urabrask, Heretic Praetor and any wheel effect. With Magistrate and Urabrask out, you are essentially locking your opponents from drawing cards, but a wheel effect will force them to discard their hands, and instead of drawing cards, they exile from their deck. This puts a soft lock on the game because as long as both Magistrate and Urabrask remain in play, no cards put into exile can be played.
