Which works all the way: Maximoff or Wanda or Wanda Maximoff.... maybe Wanda put a spell on her son Billy so that if he meets Agatha, he won't reveal his identity and therefore not risk dying.

Following MOM, by the end of the movie Wanda sacrifice herself because she didn't think she would've ever see her sons or Vision again. But taking how chaos magic works in both the comics and the MCU, it involves her subconscious and deepest desires. Like Agatha said: 'magic on autopilot'. What she wants the most is to see her sons happy and even being "dead", her magic lives through them. So makes sense for it to protect them from anyone who might harm them even withou her being present. Like Gaara and his sand which is infuse with his mother's spirit. Agatha surely would try to take Billy's magic if she knew he was Wanda level powerful.
The actress playing the Salem Seven is Okwui Okpokwasili, a very talented performer and one of the recipients of the MacArthur Genius Grant a few years ago. Among other things, she played Hippolyta in Julie Taymor's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream starring David Harewood and Kathryn Hunter.
Did you notice the "W" was the only letter remaining after Agatha pulled the sign down? My theory is the teen is Billy/Wiccan, Wanda's son. He somehow regenerated or came from another area of the mulitverse, Wanda sensed him, and cast a spell on him to prevent him from revealing to Agatha who he is.
I know I'm so late to this (I only just catched up with episodes 1 to 4 yesterday) so you probably won't see this, but I had to say, your after episode discussion was one of the hardest time I laughed from any of your reactions ever. Your whole bit about the Salem Seven's witch coming down the stairs and the cats warning you had me rolling 🤣
Also, Nicholas Scratch is Agatha's son AND enemy (in the comics). He is also the father of The Salem Seven. I should also note that both NS and the Seven have fought the Fantastic Four.

There's something up with Mrs. Hart - she just stares down Agatha, arms crossed, while Agatha is trying to anger the other witches. Like a boss. Edit: Also the imagery in the song has the creepy witches show up in front of Mrs. Hart's house "beneath the wooded shrine". This episode gets better on re-watches.
I personally hope he's Mephisto. A lot of people are speculating "teen" is Wiccan aka Billy Maximoff aka Billy Caplan. Which would make sense, except they didn't die in WandaVison. Mephisto would have had to take their souls for him to become that. Others think its Agathas son, Nicholas Scratch. Which to me is more believable, since the spell she put on her son took away his powers, which id assume also doesn't let her hear certain things he says. Both are plausible and from the comics. So i guess we'll see which route they take.
