This is me learning about a new angle of the world I live in I had no idea there were conventions for this sort of thing I'm glad people got to go and have a good time Edit: Hey! Something new at Funtown Splashtown! Count me in!
Thank you for this extensive report of the IAAPA 2022. I'm really looking forward to the new rides and nice to see that many models are still being built to present the new concepts, that also gives me great pleasure as a model builder!
I’m excited to see new coasters finally coming to Arizona. I adore Castles N’ Coasters but Mattel will definitely give enthusiasts something to talk about in Arizona. Talk about a gorgeous train as well.
Someday Cedar Fair will give Valley Fair some love with a new coaster. A ton of these new concepts would be perfect to get that park the spark it needs.
I think Premier's SFX Dark Ride Coaster also counts as a reveal for Dynamic Attractions, the original creators of the SFX ride (they also worked with premier on Revenge of the Mummy)
Honestly as an Australian viewer who's loves roller coaster's. When I first saw the pictures for the tilt coaster at IAAPA, I didn't think it was going to be a real coaster somewhere else your video gave me the full info about it. Now I'm not sure if I should wait till it's built and rode/tested out a few time's in America or go ride the origin coaster in Discovery World. I mean just the fact that it's actually going to be built somewhere else after all these year's is amazing, I really didn't think it would happen, don't know how to plan my next holiday/vacation haha
Thank you sooooo much for making this video. I love the focused, inside peak. The trail runner sounds awesome! All of Zamperla's ideas are amazing too. The cheese is suuuch a cute idea! I admit though, I'm unenthused by a lot of these. Pretty much no matter what, "dark" rides are going to seem cartoonish. I think it would be more effective to play on The rider's psyche. A smart manufacturer would partner up with MeowWolf for a ride. Or hire a human. Seeing a person while I'm in a trippy environment would get a rise outta me. I'm also unenthused about most of the flat rides. The planes, the Olympics, the launcher. It seems like they are all... this new theme! This new theme! only, instead of thinking up how to affect humans' bodies in ways no one has thought of before. Cloud coasters are for moms and dads even if the views are probably cool. Arctic rescue seems fun but I hope they use the ocean to enhance what I see at night. Ghost rider would be amazingly fun if it played Gunship and Depeche mode. Anyway I'm gonna keep watching your video and keep the rest of my thoughts to myself. :P thank you for posting!! Edit: oh yeah! RMC! I have been loving following them. But their name is misleading and I wish they were in Colorado so I could work there.
I miss another fantastic big company from the Netherlands that builds great machines. KMG, they have just made a Ferris wheel of 70 meters high on 9 trailers and that can be built without a crane
I can't believe there's actually a car made for that new park in Missouri! I live in Missouri and a lot of people i know figured the whole park was never gonna happen! That's exciting!
That tall tower with many water slides is actually being built in Qatar on new project called city of Lusail its crazy huge mega project cant wait to visit it once it opens!
I cant wait to see a new dark ride at my home park! they got rid of the last haunted house forever ago. im sure this will be big news to funtown lovers.
So super excited for Hershey's Wildcat to get its RMC! I absolutely love the new cars and can't wait to ride the updated track. I used to love this coaster but will admit it was a bit wild.
Honestly i wish they brought back the jetstar. Imagine how cool it would be seeinf a massive spiral lift enclosed with projections on the inside then you fly through the fast turns.
Have you ever been to the IISA trade show in gibsonton Florida! The trade show at the showman's club in gibsonton was the first trade show for carnival ride's and concession trailer's and equipment!
I love your videos. I've always wanted to go to an IAAPA Expo but just never had the chance. If I could meet anyone in the world it would be you. You're my star. I'm eleven by the way. If I get featured, Hello everyone! Have a terrific day and keep riding coasters!
I can totally see that cosmos water slide 3:21 going to epic universe if they plan on expanding into a waterpark. Although I'm just wishing at this point but Lordy I want a space themed waterpark in the US😩
Alberto zamperla is the founder zamperla the italian ride manufactuer of the new wild mouse coaster at cedar point and the lightning coaster at playland at pne
Gotta admit i luvvv model replicas soo much so all the models esp the water slide one was my faves lool scented bubble fog was also very interested lool Also interested in that new stand up coaster design SeaWorld is getting, hopefully it really will be alot more comfortable and fun unlike green lantern at SFGA....
Every amusement park video inherently has flashing lights, so no need for the warning. Us epileptics are well aware of what we're 'risking' by watching television.
Hearing a new dark ride opening at my home park really caught me by surprise! They haven’t had a major addition in about 10 years this should be exciting
NOTE: From this point forward, future videos will have FIVE comments read aloud instead of just three.
sounds good, also first
I live in Ct
I am sorry to doubt you but you forgot dark coaster my home park Busch gardens please why
@@weda__boss2444 That wasn't announced at the event itself. I will be covering it in my 2023 coasters video.
@@ThemeParkCrazy yay
It's always nice when parks pay tribute to some of their past coasters
Vekoma is undoubtedly becoming a top tier manufacturer now.
Vekoma is kicking arse in Australia. In 2024 we're getting a state of the art family coaster with the world's first inclined turn table at Dreamworld.
I agree!
I still don't like them. They stole and torpedoed arrow. Idc what innovations they come out with someone else will eventually do the same.
Lol what? Do some research
@@beardedswordsman2901they did that because they helped arrow I think
IAAPA always looks like a great time. I swear I'm finally going to go next year!
Really expensive when i looked at going.
I've never been to any sort of IAPPA Expo, but thanks to you, I feel like I'm actually walking around on the trade floor with you as my guide.
Rest in power Alberto Zamperla. I love Zamperla's ride designs so saddened to hear of his passing.
Next year looks immense

I actually screamed out loud when I saw the wildcat reveal! It was one of my favorites growing up! Can’t wait to see and ride the new coaster!
So excited to see how that coaster at Worlds of Fun turns out!!!! Honestly a really awesome tribute.
Someday Cedar Fair will give Valley Fair some love with a new coaster. A ton of these new concepts would be perfect to get that park the spark it needs.
Wasn't Valleyfair supposed to announce something? They were teasing
@@ThoosieJP I would love if that was true. That park has been needing a new coaster for years.
Valley fair is garbage.
Thank you for a thorough review of IAAPA!
The Technical Park Da Vinci flat ride reminds me of the Centrifugal Mind Experiment CGI short film.
@@reedspace8267 yeah

I'm guessing it's going to Super Nintendo World

I'm really excited to see these coasters and rides in action. Many of them look pretty cool. 😁💖
Love these videos, keep it up
Can you do a video, like what you did with the inversion record, with speed?
Best IAAPA update by far! Thank you
Happy to see another theme park lover from CT!
Thank you for doing this! I absolutely love learning about new ideas and new ride tech! So much fun 💜💜
Thanks for that excellent wrap up!
My highlight is the Da Vinci contraption 😍
I can’t believe canobie is getting a new flat ride!
Jeeez, *Whitewater West* looks PERFECTLY like my dream water park.
Ok, THAT’S it!
One day (after the time they build it), I WILL fly whatever state that Whitewater West comes in!
Amazing 🤩 thank you for sharing this with us 🎉
10:52 that train is GORGEOUS
thanks for the coverage.
holy damn the da-vinci contraption looks WILD.
its somethiing straight out of the centrifuge brain project mockumentary
I love your videos
Awesome video!! Thanks again!

Was already hyped for RMC coming to hershey but kennywood getting a new intense flat ride makes it a good year to be in PA :)
The technical park pendulum ride is a double pendulum. Such a simple concept, I can't believe it's never been built as a thrill ride before!
About time we get another tilt coaster. Especially after 21 years.
Great video so easy to digest. Keep it up I always look forward to these!
Great job, Peter!
I miss another fantastic big company from the Netherlands that builds great machines.

I wanna go to IAAPA now!

the Zamperela Nebulas at the expo in 2022 was sold to The Island in Pidgeon Forge, TN. It opened in 2023
That tall tower with many water slides is actually being built in Qatar on new project called city of Lusail its crazy huge mega project cant wait to visit it once it opens!
I cannot wait for urine bubbles!!
An American pronouncing Huss correctly! 100 points from Germany! 😁
With mauers new model, we might be able to do the 8 figure loop
Can't wait to start looking for Circuit Breaker in the background while watching the Formula 1 GP at COTA.
12:55 Sold! I need this for Omega Entertainment’s property!
For anyone wondering where the gigantic water slide tower gets built: It's at the Aqatar water park in Qatar.
I bet IAAPA is a dream to get to go to.
Okay, I want that Trail Runner model. "Oh, sure, grandpa, the model train you have under your Christmas tree is kinda cool. But check out MINE!"
Love your show my home park is riverside Mass
I cant wait to see a new dark ride at my home park! they got rid of the last haunted house forever ago. im sure this will be big news to funtown lovers.

I voted on haunted hotel because i think dark rides are scary already, and that makes haunted houses a scary time for me

I swear as soon as I saw the ride vehicle for bone shaker all I heard in my head was the “Bad To The Bone” riff
I would love to see these come to Australia, we have decent theme parks but they could use an upgrade lol
video recommendation if you didn’t do it yet: fire in the hole at silver dollar city, the tearing down, and the rebuilding of the ride
I'm sure i had this hot wheels car as a kid :D
Lol I thought the wild mouse car was a spongebob ride
The amusement park you mentioned in Wenatchee doesn't exist?
the outro was... interesting
I wonder can the new generation B&M standup trains be retrofitted to current (or previous) standup coasters
Hey there! Dorney Park is my home park.
Not interested in us having flat rides. Obviously won't be getting one. We need a coaster.
8:56 are you sure that the train wasn't the "Aurora" ?🤔🤔🤔
theres a nebulas flat ride (9:28) in the magickass in Israel, Jerusalem!😄
I feel like every wild mouse coaster closes within 10 years
7:15 isn’t that a Huss rainbow on the 3rd to the right
Didn't GCI announce that more Titan Track is going on coasters like Predator?
The Outdoor Ventures Tower looks to me like a steel version of the wooden observation towers installed in several spots in German forest’s…
They missed a chance to have the harnesses on the surf-coaster be somewhat sideways.
As you'd stand on a surfboard.
Okay technical Park. Can somebody say maintenance nightmare? But great job on all the new upcoming attractions nonetheless.
Wild mouse
Sadly, the Steel Pier Sky Rocket II isn’t a relocation of Bosque Magico’s Zombie Ride.
Whitewater West basically revealed a vertical waterpark
Busch Gardens and Cedar Point don't get enough hype because they're not six flags or Disney
why can't all these amazing ride concepts come to Canada.
I don't have the money to travel. I want to ride all these rides and coasters
It would be so cool if Sally rides actually build the FNAF dark ride
That Fabbri ride gives me Spy Kids vibes! Anyone? Just me!? 😅
When I saw the wild mouse train I was hoping you were going to make a cheesy joke
Intamin is not Swiss, they're from Lichtenstein :)
14:10 bad to the bone?
That da Vinci ride looks like a puke machine!
The real one wouldn't go that fast obviously.
When Cedar Point announces cheese instead of top thrill dragster 😭😭😭
Best ride is wildcats revenge, second best coaster in my opinion, and second best rmc, sry cat, guazys got top
I’d theme the ride to a mission to mars

16:00 looks like something that could go into this supposed “black box” enclosed rollercoaster at Alton towers…
16:31 I am calling it here that ride is going to Alton towers as sw9.
Hearing a new dark ride opening at my home park really caught me by surprise! They haven’t had a major addition in about 10 years this should be exciting
you mean Portaventura? Yea they get something like the SFX dark ride coaster but from Intamin
Super excited to see funtown/splashtown finally adding anew haunted house to replace the one they got rid of years ago!! Can't wait ☺️
Finally a decent video from the fair!
Thanks Peter!
