Thank you soooooo much Grace for creating this safe space for me and countless others to relax and detox from the crazy world that we live in. Love you!!!❤
As a Spanish teacher, I see most people struggling the most with learning vowel pronunciation in Spanish (as it is different than English). The vowels sounds like the following: "a" is pronounced similar to "ah" in English "e" is pronounced similar to "eh" in English "i" is pronounced similar to "ee" in English "o" is pronounced similar to "oh" in English "u" is pronounced similar to "oo" in English I hope this helps anyone who is learning Spanish!
exactly! & that's the cool part about spanish that makes it easier to learn, that our vowels will always sound the same. However in english the word "A", for instance, may sound like "ah" in the word "apple" yet in the word "fate" it does not. It sounds differently. so for us that's a lil confusing. thank you for the explanation ! to everyone learning spanish: i promise it's possible, keep learning 🤍
I was taught spanish at a young age as my first language and I'm trilingual, in school they had a rhyme that went with it "ah eh ee oh oo; el/un (i've had teachers say either) burro sabe más que tú."
Hey Grace, I'm a firefighter. We do indeed use axes predominantly as forcible entry tools when paired with a halligan and occasionally on roofs. Your videos never cease to help quiet my thoughts and bring peace. Thank you.
I love how you were clearly nervous about feedback you might get on your pronunciations but were brave enough to still make the video and post it. I'm proud of you Grace. Come back soon! We missed you ❤
you said sink correctly! the “squiggly thing” above the n you were referring to is called a tilde which gives the “n” a different pronunciation also referred to as “palatal n” :)
hey grace! just wanting to share how much you have guided and eased me in this thing we call life. you have inspired me for years to take care of myself even when i feel i don't deserve it and comforted me when i felt like i was the only person in the world struggling with my trichotillomania. i am forever thankful for your beautiful soul. hope all is well❤️
As someone who is bilingual and has lived in both Latin America and Texas, you did so great and this was super relaxing! So glad you’re back 💕💗 PS: mi madre has never worn pearls lol & just so you know lápiz is pronounced like “lah-piece”! but you were v close queen
pen is pronounced pl-oo-ma, teacher is pronounced m-ah-e-stra, the g in gimnasio is pronounced like an h so heem-nasio, and làpiz is pronounced lah-piece😁
thank your for another amazing tingly video!!! 🥰 your videos have been a constant in my life for the last four years, and i just want to say thank you for always creating such comforting content, and for being a friend we can always sit down with when times get tough :) i hope we are able to share as much joy and warmth with you as you have with us!!! sending lots of love 🥰
I loved it! just the effort to try it and hear it from a non spanish speaker just make the tinggles sounds greater than a spanish speaker as well, Muchas gracias, Grace, me ayudas mucho a dormir mejor, te quiero mucho 🌺🫶🔥
grace !!! this was sooo tingly & relaxing 🤍 and your pronunciation is really good ! of course letters like Ñ or R can be hard, but do not worry. i'm from argentina, so my first language is spanish & it's so soothing to hear you speak it. feels close to home
I love you with all my heart.. I always suffered from endless insomnia... you and the ASMR heros helped me feel at ease and stop the irrational worries before I sleep.. I can't even remember how I used to sleep without ASMR before 2013! May the lord bring you and your family as much peace and more 🤲🏻
I find Spanish, spoken by a female, to be the most pleasurable sound that exists in human-to-human communication. It's like the language was designed to create ASMR, thousands of years ago when nobody understood what caused those tingle feelings.
Fr when i went on vacation to Costa Rica I was shopping at this table a woman set up and she like got up and was speaking in english to me with such a soft voice and was showing me her things I was in heaven omg
Grace I hope you know that there’s no need to be critical of yourself or paranoid. We watch these videos because we love you and enjoy your content. We’re never here to judge or criticize. ❤️
You actually did a really good job at saying those words. I appreciate the respect you approached the Spanish language with by trying to pronounce them correctly. Claps for you girl 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you for another amazing video Grace 💕 you're my favorite ASMRtist. Always so relaxing, gentle, and your whisper is unmatched. You have such kind energy & it shines through in each video. I hope you're doing well! Take care!!
I love you grace !!!! Not being a Spanish speaker I’m actually impressed of how great you did for most of the part we really love the effort you make into making this type of videos
I got your reference to ONE TREE HILL❤️ absolutely love that show… sometimes I’ll go back and watch it every now and then.. I got the whole DVD box set one year for Christmas 15 years ago… I’ll always love that show 🤍
I seriously love all your videos they help me fall asleep every night! Your pronunciation was really good and I loved how you put the accent on all the words!! Pluma is pronounced like Plooma. I really I loved this video though!!!🤍
Hey Grace, I'm not a fire fighter but I'll fight for you. I just want to say I enjoy how vulnerable you are with us, Everything you do, No matter insecurity or flaws, you still are here. I can't really use words to tell or show you how much I truly appreciate you.
you did an amazing job with pronunciation Grace! I love this video! one of the weirdest pronunciations in Spanish is with “gimnasio”. It’s pronounced “him-nasio”. I’m seriously impressed with your pronunciation skills, you did amazing 💕
As a native Spanish speaker you have no reason to be paranoid about your pronunciation, you did an amazing job Grace props to you for putting these vids out there!!!! 🙂
Great pronunciations!! Except Lápiz is pronounced like the same A sound in Abuela . The line above the á doesn’t change the sound it just means that sound is stressed more than the other sounds. So the a sound should be prominent when pronounced 😊 but this was so relaxing thank you 😇
Perfect timing! I have issues with insomnia so I'm looking forward to this and hopefully getting to bed soon! How has your week been, Grace? I hope you're doing well.
I never took Spannish. I did German, English and a bit of French. Thankfully, since French and Spannish are both Romans languages, I can figure out some words. Besides, a lot of words from Latin can also be found in English. I do love your pronounciation.

Or, as in most normal language countries, you read it as one sound because it's one letter :D
It really dose thank u
