I generally like her floors, she’s pushing the sport in the right direction (back to where artistry does count to a degree). But there’s something slightly off about her gymnastics. I think her posture where she just appears bent of hunched over a lot ruins her lines throughout her routine. Her sister obviously has the same issue as well. Not meant to be a harsh critique, but rather just an observation on why her routines appear slightly less appealing than other very artistic gymnasts.
I am old enough to remember if a British gymnast qualified for any final it was a major achievement. So hats off to today's British team. I only hope they have help and support to have a balanced life away from the sport too. Love to watch both the mens and womens bring on Paris 2024🥳🥳🥳
Gadirova's skills are clean, but I'm not seeing much artistry. Many of the movements in this routine seem really random, and her close-to-the-floor section is a hot mess, in my opinion. I'm not impressed with Team GB's choreographies this year.
@@findingthatperfectspot4692 Good change of tempo, her musicality and energy on dance are exceptional. The choreography touching the floor is complex enough and it isn't a hot mess.
@@cocoroni1031 I agree that Gadirova is energetic and has a good feel for her music. She's a good performer -- there's no doubt about that. I just don't think this choreography is doing her any favours. She's had better choreographies in the past. We'll have to agree to disagree on the close-to-the-floor section...
Tbh I’m not seeing this “excellent artistry”. Her choreography feels like a conglomeration of cool and aesthetic movements that have no connection to the music whatsoever. Her 2021 floor was actual excellent artistry. But this is just another example of gymfans giving gymnast they like a reputation bonus. The same happened to Mustafina when most of her choreography was just balletic poses and flicking her wrists to usually “classical” music.
So glad she removed the Silivas because her Chuso is awesome
Loved it as always, but can definitely improve the landings on tumble runs - quite large hop backs
@Elena Bibescu Always !!!!
I like the windmill arms. 😂 She really has the dance part down. I'm not a huge fan of her tumbling but the double layout had some serious height.
Anyone know where the music is from?
Interesting. I guess she ditched the Silivas because of the execution deductions.
Hope she is qualifed

And also because it is European Championship, she can win not risking that much, and I also thin she is going out of a recent injury
Same choreo.

Ugh I rewatched her chuso like ten times I love how she does it 😂
Love love love her showing all the haters who is boss
Excellent artistry. She got the highest execution as usual.

@@findingthatperfectspot4692 yes, I like her olympic floor , it's better than this one.

Meh
Double double event final
the gogean deserves a downgrade, it was nearly 90 degrees underrotated, as usually overscore, but at least she cleans her form for the chuso
Always thought her overrated on the leaps tbh.
