- Everyone I've decided to finally to the stats for the 2nd American version aired on ABC.
Note that Ken Jennings and Mark Labbett's stats won't be updated again in the future due to their departures after Season 2. The latter three were just introduced in Season 3.

For those wondering, Mark left The Chase and is currently working alongside the host of the original US version, Brooke Burns, in the Game Show Network show “Master Minds”.
This version is just so strange. The music is too upbeat, the table is massive, and the graphics are weird for no reason.
okay I like it it is refreshing from the UK style sets other use and I think the final chase makes sense that the chaser starts at their side of the set and your numbers get farther away from them instead of closer to them in the UK style sets also think if you were a contestant it would be so tense you seeing the chasers steps get closer to you
@@charlierosewell9986 I think all the numbers on the screen at once make the graphic look too cluttered. You could put the team's target on the left where the "1" is (and no other numbers on any of the other steps), and the Chaser's score on the bright yellow step. Basically like the UK version, but mirrored.
The only reason why the table is massive is because they started filming the show during the pandemic, so they needed to accommodate social distancing between the contestants.

Buzzy's my favourite catch. He's also my favourite chaser despite having 2 appearances.
I was shocked when Buzzy swiped 8 in a row and then 2 consecutive pushbacks and then 11 in a row.
That was incredible.
All those fake cheers and applause are distracting while I am trying to understand the question.

Having numbers count down sucks, don’t even remember how many question he gets tight total
Why are the scores lower in the US version. In the uk 16 doesn't win very often and thats the best some of them have caught.
There are more American based questions than the UK so maybe that has an impact
Oh no I'm so sorry they didn't win the money three contestants got caught by the Chaser that makes me feel really sad

It's called The Chase but the scoreboard is going backwards :S
You make a good point. However, in some languages/cultures, backwards is right, and forwards is left, particularly the Semitic languages and languages that read right to left. Of course, America uses English and some Spanish, which are both left to right Indo European languages. :)

That was my first question too. Such an unusual stance he adopted.
I’ve always wondered if the producers asked him to do that. I don’t think it’s helpful to him since I don’t remember him doing it on Jeopardy. It’s so silly and distracting.

Brad was super sloppy the guy could have won and 16 after 3 season awful
at 21:57 it doesn't make sense because the host said "what is the only three letter word in this question", and the chaser said V, so how did the chaser know it was V if there was no three letter word
