Math correction: make that 2800 pounds of cargo capacity, not 1800. Overall, a good thorough review. I think you hit almost all the high points. Personally, I wish the TV was on a televator so we could get that additional window (although probably sacrificing the fireplace hidden storage) or, at the least, providing storage behind the TV like they do in the Avenue model with the similar floorplan. Do you happen to know why Alliance chooses to forego bumpers on their fifth wheels? I don't love that, personally. I'd rather have one.
You make a good point on the cargo capacity being closer to 2800lbs but the tag on the trailer from Alliance shows 1800. You can pause the video and see that is what they tagged it at. I agree with the TV idea - extra windows are always nice. The main reason for the rear having no bumper is that they all opt for a 2" receiver which a lot of clients are using to bring their bicycles. Seems to be a trend in the industry right now... the look isn't as nice but definitely serves some campers rving style. Thanks for commenting!
I want to know why every single person I’ve seen do a walk-through of this 310 RL has neglected to mention the dishwasher connections in the kitchen island. That is a dramatic addition to the unit and really makes it full-time livable but no one wants to mention it. Why is that?!?!

Great video dominique ,just wondering if you can access the fridge in transit mode in the 295 mk and the 310rl . that is for the residential fridge and the two way fridge also . Thanks John
Thanks John! On the 295MK you would not have access to the refrigerator without opening slides, the clearance is not there between the dinette slide and curio cabinet area. There is a slight squeeze through area, but it is less than a foot with all slides closed, if you did squeeze through, you’d have access to the right side of your refrigerator and no freezer on the residential and access to the right side of your refrigerator and freeze for gas/electric. On the 310RL, you would have access to either refrigerator application with all slides closed. The nice thing about our hydraulic slide system is that all slides operate individually so with little slide movement, you can open up and gain access to the 295MK refrigerator without running all slides.
