My only hang-up with mapex snares is the shield lug design that just bugs me...this is exciting to see! Good demo too btw - I like how the 12 handles the mid/low tunings without falling into the basement. Lol

Same shell, different hardware. You choice would be what lugs you think look better and what throw off you prefer.
