They didn't entirely make this up, the character motion data for the song was made by a Japanese user on Niconico called Getz and it's available for download on multiple sites. The uploader of this video just put the characters on screen pressed play and edited the video. It's nothing to be too amazed at.

I just saw your channel appear on my recommendation list. I have to say that compared to your first video, this video has made great progress. It can say that your Channel is on top of most MMD Channels on RUclips. In the video there is no instant acceleration and deceleration of the limbs, so there is no feeling of mechanical and rigid. The shift of the center of gravity of the character is also done very well,it will not give people a feeling that the character has no weight, and the character also has some small inertia movements to make the character come alive. I can see that you have very high requirements for the quality of your work. Please continue to work hard and hope your level can go higher :D
