Isha hata yoga, or any isha process have changed my life. From taking anxiety pills to sitting still completely dissolved in silence. The sanctity of it just the way it was intended to be. But it is not been limited to just physical benefits. I have no words to explain what it has done beyond that. It is a live spiritual process. People don't understand most of the spirituality processes are dead long ago like sadhguru says just masala is left, even if we want one. There aren't many gurus that offer a process. Here we have one such guru giving it to the whole world. This chance may never come again for life times. And to have people like you transferring this live process keeping it alive. To all the hata yoga teachers and my Guru I bow down.
I second you anna. My wife also did a 2-year Yoga course from a renowned university but she finds Yoga taught at Isha school or by Isha teachers like yourself absolutely authentic, detailed and precision oriented. As a practitioner myself, I can vouch for how Yoga (I learnt only from Isha Foundation) has brought a lot of emotional balance and calmness in me. Honestly, I have lost count of how joining Isha has benefitted me as a human being. I can't thank Sadhguru enough for creating so impactful yet such simple courses and on top of it training more people to teach the practices. And, thanks to you too and all the teachers, Swamis, all volunteers associated with Isha 🙏♥️
@Gauri Uniyal different course, different fees. If you wish to learn for yourself fee is very nominal. If you want to learn and teach yoga fees is different.
@Gauri Uniyal infact, let me correct myself and say this. The value these courses offer far outweigh the cost/fees. So, the fees of any program you do at Isha is already very nominal and you will yourself feel that you paid nothing for the benefits you got :)
Namaskaram. Beautiful video! Your videos always remind me to get more consistent with my practices. Eager to build that consistency in the Surya Kriya and Surya Shakti practices which I still lack :)
Thank you for your video. I have been practicing Isha Hatha Yoga practices for about one year and a half and truly experience everything you mentioned about Isha Hatha Yoga. I also wish to join the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program this year but unfortunately I won't be able to attend the course due to the Covid-19 situation. May I ask for your permission to share this video with my family members and friends as well? Thank you.
Tam Le, no matter what may unfold from now until then, I know I am being called to the training next year also. May we cross paths :) All the best on your journey. :)

Can you explain what is the difference in sun salutation in isha and traditional hatha? You say that 90% is the same, what exactly is the difference? Thanks a lot
This is something best covered in a class. This is to ensure there is no compromise on the transmission or teaching of these spiritual processes. It is because of this reason we will never share these aspects on a public forum. Hope you understand.
