This whole reality so befriend everything. Every thought and emotion I have I am grateful for. I then say yes or no to the thought and/or emotions. I don’t get stuck in the feelings and thoughts unless I want to. Like I enjoy the feeling of happiness so I don’t mind getting stuck there. I enjoy it so I stay there. I’ve been told this is the law of attraction. What we think and feel we attract to us. Give yourself a lot of Grace (I kept forgetting to be grateful and I’d get stuck, then my ego would berate me). I would feel every feeling at first but eventually it fades out and you realize that you were fighting through the storm (all the thoughts and feelings) and now my mind is blissfully quiet. I am also starting to use different senses but those are hard to explain even to myself they are Knowings. I also trust my guides completely.
