They have non-contact breathalyzers in Europe and everyone blows. You must show a valid drivers license, blow, free to go. Whole thing takes 30 seconds. If you don't show your license or the breathalyzer detects alcohol they pull you over and the investigation for impairment begins. they will even test for drugs.

He often makes his streams unlisted. That doesn't always mean he's making it into a video. He usually privates ones he makes into videos and some unlisted vods become members only content. Also, at the time of this comment, it's a listed video on his live tab.
