Just to make sure i understand. You basically use the rounding of the head to get the gradient. You keep the clipper straight without curving the freehand the little corner of hair in the ridge area.

Can you do this with African American Curly hair too?
It will be a lil more challenging on tighter curl hair. This clients’ hair stands up more and that helps cut the graduation and the blending. That’s what I noticed.

That's somehow the hardest technique but the best fade he's ever done. All the experience & certain skills of his are great but he's an amateur at best with fading.

I don't think this method work in all kind of hair.
For example , in curly hair you will straggle a lot.
