I did lol. That was a wonderful conversation between sisters. The girls have come into their own personalities now and are so strong in their individuality. It's just delightful to see how confident they are in speaking their mind. Good parenting , some children are forced to eat things they don't like or are unfamiliar with. My generation were told we didn't leave the table until we ate what was on our plates. Our parents were raised in the Depression years when food was scarce. Now we've gone too far the other way with so many kids eating fast food because so many parents don't have the energy to cook after working all day. Kids with a stay at home parent are likely healthier for proper meals with all the food groups. I love that Alicia started their food adventures when they were so young. So many fussy eaters out there now.

This is the first time I’ve seen them really interact having full conversation and playing together at the beginning. Lovely. Also the way Anna responded to Mom’s bargaining with her. No drama or tantrums. Very mature behavior. Shows really good training techniques.

If your children ask for blueberries instead of their meal, I think we have some good parenting here. Toddlers go through such finicky stages of eating that if the end result is blueberries, consider it a success.

We had a Guava tree and my great aunts taught my mom to make jelly. Sooo good. McDonalds has a sweet guava and cream cheese pie in florida. both girls were talking today. Got to see another side to Ana.
