thom's voice sounds like an echo or a ghost, but in the most heartbreakingly beautiful way possible
At some point, his music began revolving around his voice, and it just isn't strong enough for that. This stinks

Such a beautiful song and makes me cry. This line “If I were you, l'd run away” is magical, contains contradiction, as true love does. Somehow Thom has ability to get deep into my heart, as into many others. What a gift.

I’m glad Thom is like that though, it’s great for all of us! He seems to put out more and more music as he gets older.

He has such an unstable stable voice
Radiohead is my favourite band but I have to say that my experience is that I rarely like their music and Thom's when I listen the first time around.
But they grow on me with a complex and extensive array of emotions.
I''ve been listening to him and Rh for almost 20 years now.
Thom's voice gives me goosebumps. And I cried when I saw Rh live. I will never forget it.

This would be a great intro to live versions of Everything In Its Right Place.
For those of us who have been in that spot, we know that there is a brief moment when you don't want to let go after all. Sometimes you stay together and things come out either beutifully or sadly, but often it's more important to know when to let go in time. Who knows, it may not be irreversible. Mr. Yorke has faced leaving in the worst possible way imaginable, so I feel that there couldn't be better interpreter for these kind of feelings.
I don't know why but this song brings me to tears so quickly, very unusual for me. Hits different.

Gotta love an artist that can juggle scoring soundtracks, fronting 2 bands, and put out solo albums as well. At least one piece of his work on every mix cd I own ( old school, what can I say).
Perhaps it's just my personal interpretation, but this song truly feels like a revitalisation of English folk music, and it's absolutely remarkable.
