    5 TIPS FOR SURVIVING QUARANTINE
    1. Book Early
Plan ahead, do your research on where you wish to stay that best aligns with your needs & budget. Quarantine hotels are in incredibly high demand, especially with the tens of thousands of students retuning for school, also residents returning from the busy summer holidays. Plan ahead.

    2. Exercise & Meditate
Stay active and keep on top of your mental health, being alone for an extended period of time in a small enclosed space can be very uncomfortable for people. Body weight exercises, meditation & yoga requires no additional equipment, otherwise consider BYO/renting equipment for your stay.

    3. Delivery & Take Away
Take advantage of food delivery services & being able to have items dropped by family & friends. - It’s your ‘wild card’. Do check your hotel, as they prescribe to individual policies. Another tip is to chose a hotel that has proximity to good restaurants & cafes.

    4. Routine & Habits
Develop a routine that involves being productive as well as enjoying time off to relax, everyone is different with their priorities but having a balance is always healthy and it help the days pass by much faster.

    5. Come prepared with your own essentials
Snacks, toiletries, fresh coffee, coffee brewing equipment, whiskey, yoga mat, free weights, vitamins, hand sanitisers, surface sprays etc. These little comforts will make your stay more pleasant.
    BONUS TIP
    Get creative
If you are bored or you are just lacking things to do. Get creative or start to learn something new, like I did in creating this video during my quarantine. Other ideas include, drawing, journaling or even learning a new skill online. Make the most out of your stay.

I hope you enjoyed this video and that this was helpful, good luck with your quarantine.
    Stay safe and healthy.

Also, plan ahead for things you can do for your downtime such as entertainment. If you have a Netflix account, make sure you have a tablet, laptop or smartphone with you as the TV there are incompatible for such unless you want to binge watch TVB in the evening

That's insane that HK required people to quarantine back in 2022. That must have been hell. Scary to think how China imposes it's will on the region.

100% it was a huge headache and financial burn to all those who were required to quarantine, some up to 21 days, honestly it was incredibly frustrating and a rather pointless exercise in retrospect. Glad all that is behind us now.

@@themrgumbatron I do agree so - the food is a bit hit and miss - I stuck entirely to Chinese food except for one (I forgot to realise Sunday was at the bottom of the menu which I forgot to tick down for) and stuck entirely to Chinese food - the best one is the congee at breakfasts I admit
