Wow I like the way u pronouse about elimu nimependa sna mungu akueke Babu uzidi kutufungua macho zaidi na mashairi ela ho ha tembe za sipitali hanipunga😂 VC
He is in a league ignored by the nowadays generation. I know some old taxi drivers who have impacted the lives of those of us who cared to listen. Though am older now, I believe they hold a very important pedestal in directing what the future may becomes. Heshima kwako Mzee Kazungu wa Hawerisa.
Am touched by this legend. Kazungu wa hawe risa...Wish everyone got the poems in their original language giriama , They are deep!!! Am moved. I pray and hope that his posterity will live to enjoy the fruits of "elimu" which he lacked
I can just imagine if back then he could have gone to Mangu where he'd be in life! What a well told story. He's so eloquent and composed you can't even tell he was spontaneously approached to tell his story. Keep going Mzee
Kazungu wa Hawerisa has been an inspiration to many, I can attest of his enlightening role in the society. With the little education that he got, he has educated many, that is the positive change we need and even much more from the well educated today. His freedom from alcohol is a testimony of how we can be liberated in the power of will and exercise the conviction of our true conscience that mostly is enslaved in addictions that derail societal and individual development. Ready to here more from him and others alike, kudos @Engage Talk for this initiative.
"Very inspiring and at the same time sad indeed! I have a friend who went to Mangu high School and held various ministerial positions in the jomo, moi administrations. Mangu,Lenana,Alliance high schools have produced the Kenyan elities, sad that you did´nt make it.The community is missing one of its Lawyers, doctors, engineers! Pore Tsitwa Mulungu kahendzere, from Germany.
Such an inspiring story from Mzee Kazungu.I'm eagerly waiting for part 2 and at the same time very delighted to see our tribesmen represented on this platform.

Congratulations I knew this person during his camp in our school with his friends
In Mzee Kazungu, traces of Kongowea mswahili of Siku njema by Ken Walibora exist, a good narrator he is.
Wow! What inspiring story and poem! Live long Mzee Kazungu
