Good morning Jasper (and family) - you will have great memories for life! We did a 5 week camping trip with 4 kids in mid to late 1980’s up to Broken Hill and through to Lightning Ridge and Blue Mountains. Great memories of Kinchega, Silverton (Peter Brown and his VW), and rain! Many roads closed.
A super video as always and amazing drone footage of that incredible water system. Wow!!! Beautiful spot to camp near the lake. I loved Jasper as a pirate too and his makeshift eye patch 💙. What a wonderful imagination he has 💙👍👏🏻🌟😀🇬🇧
We love his storytelling at the moment - he is really in the moment 💙 hope you and your family are safe and well over there and enjoying some warmer weather too 😊🙏
You guys are great family content. Well researched, educational and informative. I really like the map at the beginning and stats. Thank you for sharing
Another great episode. Can’t wait to explore this area. What an amazing sight see water going into the lake system. 🤣on the find the coins to pay a pass. We’ve done that too.
We were out at Menindee in August last year. Due to Covid we were not allowed to stop . There was signs everywhere , we drove all the way there and had to turn around and go back to Broken Hill. Very disappointing for us. You were very fortunate seeing the lakes full and able to have the cruise.
Well what a great ep. you weren’t kidding Kate , thanks for all tops Hopi now in list and a stay at the national park, and yep cash. Stay safe , arrrrr captain Jasper
You know , I need an editor , tops 🤨!!! Bet Jasper writes better than me … bless him … as an ex cop I think Jasper is onto you Paul , he can ride with us any day… we now call him the sheriff ..
Menindee lake is what we didn't get to see when we were at Broken Hill. The lake look beautiful tho, the dead tree reminds me of Lake Mulwala in Victoria. Great ep, will stay tuned
@@TheFeelGoodFamily I knew u guys going SA next. We discovered Lake Mulwala by coincidence when we detoured to visit a friend's farm in Victoria. Just a week roadtrip back in April. The lake is sooo big and soany trees stick out on top of the water.
Hi ya if you weren’t on a planned trip and didn’t have a journey organised, just how long would it take to see to see this amazing country? I was talking by van travellers from the UK and they asked me that question i said 2 years but you might miss a bit🤩. Unique features are the norm as we are only country where 2 rivers merge to form a creek, they couldn’t understand that at all. Thanks for sharing stay safe cheers.
Good episode this one. Nice to see a blooper in the content! Hey, I wondered why I’m not being notified of your new uploads. Checked your channel notification bell and it is disabled as you’ve set your channel as ‘made for kids’. Maybe turn this setting ‘made for children’ - “off”?. Then we can all set the notification bell so we all get notified of a new video? Correct me if I’m wrong...
Hi Wilson! Thank you for letting us know.... we’ve checked and we have ‘made for children’ setting off on our channel.... We are checking the notification bell setting now..... not sure why you aren’t getting notifications.... have you definitely subscribed? Just checking as that is another option for not getting notifications 😬👍
Thanks for following up! I’ve been through all 190 videos (including all pre’feelgood’ eps) and all are set to ‘not made for kids’. May be a little glitch in the matrix! 😅🤞👍
Theres an app called Sky Map, the young fella might like it as well as the adults, shows you constellations, stars planets etc. Id say its on both flavas of operating system, i have it on android.
We set off with a plan of 300k max on any day.... that has changed many times depending on all sorts of things.... covid, opportunity to do an amazing tour or experience.... 👍😊

@@TheFeelGoodFamily we will chasing your footsteps soon, I hope. Fingers crossed 6 weeks left to go.
Let us know when you hit the road! Fingers crossed for you, take care and all the best 😊
It is just a shame that filling the lake comes at the cost of maintaining good water levels in the Darling River.

So true Barry!! 2 years... 20 years.... incredible!! 😊🇦🇺
How do you take drone shots of your car and caravan while driving? Apologies if that's an amateur question.
Sometimes katie drives while I fly.
