I've mastered your corner method, which is to fling the ball to the hammer/bulldozer because they're tall af, and then just pass to the guard or whoever is in the midfield position, and volley for the goal. Thats why i love corners so much when i cant score due to a bad angle, and similarly to you, i aim slightly at the bar so that the keeper hits it out and i get a corner.
