Ribeye Tomahawk with Creamy Black Pepper Sauce

  • It was my first Ribeye/Tomahawk cooked sous vide, but I had many done simply on the grill. That was less worry about not overcooking, a great result, but for the smaller cuts, I would do the simple grill way, cause you to get more fun grilling😜Maybe it's just me😋 The Pepper Sauce was amazing, usually I would have some stock instead of water, but it will be more ideas for the next videos.

    Ingredients:
    Ribeye Steak - 12.kg
    Salt
    Black Pepper
    Vegetable Oil
    Coriander Seeds
    Rosemary
    Bay Leaves
    Fresh Garlic
    Butter
    Creamy Black Pepper Sauce:
    Vegetable Oil
    Onion - 1 (big one)
    Garlic - 5 cloves
    Miso Paste - 0.5 teaspoon
    Coarse Black Pepper - 1.7 teaspoons
    Butter - 100g
    Worcester Sauce - 2 tablespoon
    Plain Flour - 2 teaspoon (mixed with water)
    Sour Cream - 200g
    Water - around 80ml
    Salt
    Dill
    Parsley

      Thanks again. It will be a very long job until I get 1000 views on 1 video🤣🤣 , and it's a dream to get a million,but I like to do it,even if it's very slow viewing😊maybe one day
