I know that conservation is important & saving gorillas from extinction is a priority, but seeing these magnificent creatures, who, in a perfect world, would have acres of jungle or mountains to roam, are confined to these relatively small spaces. They must get so bored.

are you sure we didn't evolve from gorillas? I looked just like that baby when I was a baby! Come to think of it I loved to climb trees and my siblings referred to me as the monkey.
This is funny, because as a child of five or six I thought "I look like a Chimpanzee", but never told anybody ( and I was told I was a beautiful child,;blonde curls, big blue eyes and very graceful). And when I already was an adult, we received around a few corners a photo of my dear late Hrandfazher's beloved Mother. My Mother did know her when my Mother was a child. And now she looked at the photo, smiled and said: "look... Grandma S. ... She did look like a cute little Chimpanzee, didn't she?"I have thought it back then, and I see here I was right!" I WAS SPEECHLESS!
