I usually don't like using CPUs because i think they are pretty garbage And that is because i either dont know how to use them or i they never work how i want them to

Not really. I did it with a lot less units long before all those units such as soap, hitman and luza were even added and it wasnt that hard though
it wasn't a complete loadout so cat cpu will actually work right
tbh cpu is either the #1 or #2 powerup in this game after speed up.
