"Asher was the most blessed among his brothers". Luke 2:36 "Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher". She lived long and her eyes too have seen God's Salvation..Yeshua....❤POWER OF BLESSING.❤ Thank you Rabbi for investing great truths into my life. Waiting for the next.. As always love listening to the teachings. You mentioned all 11 of disciples came from the tribe of Naphtali. I never heard of that. I assumed the 12 tribes were represented in the 12 disciples. Could you provide the reference in which you got that 11 of the 12 disciples came from Naphtali?
    Much thanks in advance 😊

That is a popular notion that the 12 apostles came from the 12 tribes, but there were two sets of brothers, so each pair of siblings would, by definition, have to come from the same tribe. But it is believed that 11 of the disciples came from Naphtali because they all lived in the same region there just north of the Sea of Galilee, which is Naphtali's land. This also fulfills the prophecy in Genesis 49:21 and Deut. 33:23.
