Wouh!!!! You made it with 800 steps! What a challenge!!! Congrats to you! Now you owe yourself minimum 2 beer. I follow your channel since abt one year and kind of seeing myself in you as a Single-handed sailor. I'm also sailing single-handed since more than 20 years on a 9m boat. So i can feel your heart-beat sailing into a harbour or out of harbour, throwing anchor and feeling the satisfaction when the day just offered fun and no problems. And feeling the sun in your heart: "i managed this alone!!!" I'm curious what's coming next. As we mostly say in Germany: "Gooden Wind und immer eine handbreit Wasser unter dem Kiel!" Btw: rockets under water can be very hard, I know this.
@@srsailor1 how nice to hear. Yes single handed sailors know how it is. I'm loving it. You are not far from Germany to Scandinavia. I appreciate your comment and for following. Thank you!
@@MikeSantis Homeport Emden. Longest trips single from Emden to Turku (2015, 5,5 months), South Norway to cape Lindesnes via W-Sweden (2016, 4,5 months). Else all Danmark with Kattegat, Læsø, Hals, Hou, etc. for several weeks. Enjoy sailing!
You think you are too old for the 4444 step stair. I suffer from "Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease", so I would probably not get to much more than step 100, before returning down again 😀 Lovely jurney you are on. I have followed you this far and look forward to see the whole jurney!
@@nesleinf thank you Bent. I would have probably not have a big problem going all the way up. But I will most alike suffer the consequences of having knee aches in the following days. Besides, I didn't have the time for that cause the hiking on the top of the mountain after the top of the stairway it is more interesting for me cause it is really interesting uo there. Google it

@@srsailor1 fantastic. Let me know if you make it to Hals again.
@@MikeSantis Next year for sure. First W-Sweden, then over to Sæby (enjoying that fish restaurant), then down the coast.......
