If you click on Carls jr, they have hundreds of bad reviews from Aussies mentioning the cold vs other brands. Easiest way to prove they are below temp is to use a thermometer. 80% sure it would be under 30c eg failing Aus standards. Would say Molendinar and Loganholme are better.
This sums up the contempt these chains show for people. Only way to send them a message is to boycott and make your own at home. Any management who see this video and think this product is acceptable should be ashamed of themselves.

The burger is probably cold because it's an app special. So they cooked up a whole bunch in anticipation of a rush on those burgers and wanted to have enough ready to speed up the Fast Food process. But you're right, there should have at least been pickle and tomato on it. By leaving those out they were able to knock the price point down.
