0:40 just for anyone who doesn’t know already ghostwalker has gotten a rework/buff. they’ve changed it so that instead of it running out after a set amount of turns, it will last forever (kind of). whenever you fail to perfectly dodge/counter an attack the ghostwalkers ability will reduce by 1 (starting out at 2) and once it reaches 0 the ability will disappear. multiple hitting attacks like for example bubonic plants charged plant rush will count as only 1 hit towards the ability.
That's awesome! Hated having to pray for RNG on something that needs to charge when I could just heal myself instead. Makes it far more skill based as I still need to play the game while also acting as the safety net that it's meant to be
If you pray, there’s a chance to decrease defence and I’m pretty sure the text says “a strange wind blew into the arena” so maybe wind force could decrease enemies defence.

I don’t know if that would be good though, venom is still useful, so far none of the swords have been a direct upgrade to another, sure the Ice is better than venom, but it’s not like it’s just venom but with freeze y’know? in a perfect world, none will be, they’ll all do something different.

Maybe go to the moon? Like the song teaser suggested that it will take place outside earth
only people who played since the beginning would know that a lot of the stuff we have now used to be much stronger or even better a good example would be the ice dagger

Given that the actual Darkheart does lifesteal, my idea is that i think Darkheart will give us some effect that lets us steal health from enemies for 3 turns depending on how much damage you deal. So if you deal 11 damage, you get 11 HP in return
windforce gives DEF Down for 3 turns at LVL 3 i think. Firebrand deals probably around 6-7 damage and gives the Burn status effect for 4-5 turns or so. Illumina gives 1.5x damage to all party members and darkheart steals 6 HP from leftmost enemy and gives back 12 HP to all members in a party battle

Heres mine Firebrand- Requires 1.5 SE and 5 SP to use. Deal 4.5%dmg on an enemy and apply burn to that specific enemy by 3 turns and does 1 dmg each. Windforce- Requires 3 SE to use. All enemys' defense will be disabled for 2 turns and decreases their attacks by 1. However, you will get SLOW for 3 turns and dizziness. Darkheat- Requires 1.5 SE and 5 HP to use. Apply strength 3 lifesteal to all allys except yourself for 5 turns and also buffs their attacks by +2 in 5 turns. Illumina- Requires 3.5 SE to use. Multiply all ally attacks by 1.5x and blind all enemies, including yourself in 3 turns. Blindness on enemies causes them to have a chance of attacking their own ally. Blindess to yourself makes your screen white when an enemy attacks you, but guarding/super guarding is increased by a lot and also hearing.
I could see like an ultimate sword power move that takes the whole bar but gives like an effect from all 7 swords at the same time, so healing from the ice dagger, poison on the enemy from the venomshank and so on
Illumina would be so cool, since its the final sword, maybe you could enchant your next attack with the power of the sword of your choosing like if you used illumina then you used the ice dagger, your next attack would freeze and give HP steal or something like that. and if that sucks it could also just give all party members 2 SP while doing so if thats too weak

Firebrand leaked so it’s just the same thing as venom shank but better and different effects. It costs 2 se to use. The leak showed it dealt 4 damage to all enemies and applied a burn effect for 6 turns.
i think - Windforce would give us x2 timing guard and a "parry" ability because original windforce knockback enemies upon contact - Darkheart: steals enemies' health or gives you a health stealing effect for the next attack, if we miss then we take damage -Illumina: get speed up and the main user lunges forward to the enemies, damaging every enemy
Darkheat idea: we already have 2 defense cards but no offense to incresa your strengt for darkheat it would be perfect it can be like the ghostwalker you turn black and get 3 turns or it gives you a HUGE amount of damage but cost like 3 or 4 focus meter (if 4 focus meter will be added) Windforce idea: I think like a tornado would be nice and it will stund them for the next round but it cost 2-3 focus meter
Windforce giving speed up (the ones the bandits use its the same thing as growl but they're not animals) would be a pretty cool thing but how it will work might be wierd since the enemies that use growl or speed up has only 1 turn normally so it should either add a turn or double the turn depending on the Sword energy cost, but i think the firebrand should be somewhat like the venomshank just a different element making it a buffing sword wouldnt quite fit the firebrand in my opinion, making it cost 2 sword energy though would be expected probably to just make it either higher base damage or more burn turns and for Darkheart It should give an effect similar to VLAD's passive basically lifesteal maybe at a cost of -1 or -2 dmg or just at a high sword energy cost for 2 or 3 attacks with infinite duration (just like how dodgy loses a turn of it only when it lets an attack phase through) it should still take a turn if ante up is used stealing 0 hp
We probably have to fight hatred+ in like demo five because as we know from other enemies like ice King and Grefer the voices get stronger the more swords you collect and those voices are hatred
illumina idea: using it would appliy effect blind making you unable to choose your target and have a chance to miss your attack entirely however that also goes for enemies when effect ends get charge x3 for 3 turns also after using illumina prayer gets more chances of giving you good buff or heal and has a chance to only buff you or only debuff enemy
What i think unreleased swords will do: Firebrand: Gives you 3X Free burn effect, Boosts your damage by 3, BUT you will burn for 2 turns. (costs 2 SE) Windforce: does a epic animation, where u stab the windforce into the ground, you get fling and stab the targetted enemy with your sword, dealing 8 damage. (COSTS 3 SE) Darkheart: does an epic animation where you shadow-dash towards the enemy like an anime thing, then stab the enemy with your sword, you heal 10 hp and steal 10 HP from an enemy (costs 3 SE) Illumina: does an epic animation where you unsteathe your illumina, the pink mist surrounds it, Any enemy who attacks you will recieve 5 damage no matter what defense, gives you the effect called "Mist", Mist effect lasts for 4 turns, it charges your damage by 5 for 3 turns, Summons an ally called "Misty ghost", it has 30 HP, it holds an pink transparent sword, it cant be hit unless enemy uses an AOE attack, it's attacks are stab, power stab and ball, It's appearance is the same as your avatar, stab does 5 damage, powerstab does 10 damage, and ball does 5, i forgot to mention that he has a fourth special attack, he needs to use charge though, so he can use the special attack, special attack is... linebounce, yk how linebounce works, so linebounce's dmg will be 7.Illumina will replace your ball, BUT, when mist effect expires, it summons a lighting strike that strikes all enemies that does 5 damage. (Costs 5 SE) Finally.. all this typing.. is done.. Edit: and also a badge for fun. Badge is called "The hero of the world." How to get it: Complete the whole game. Reward: You gain a crown and everyone's respect All shops will have 50% discount. for saving the world as a reward, Crown gives you 2+ Defense and increases your blocking window by 50%.
1:30 i think it would be more like normal sword attack with life steal (or maybe with new effect that does 2 dmg per turn instead of like poison or fire that does 1 dmg per turn)
I have a stupid theory about the final battle: In the end we realize the villain is too strong and so everyone in the party (if you are in one) will use their last breaths and combine the swords in one that will replace all of our abilities, it will be strong enough to defeat the monster that kidnapped builderman and free him This theory is very stupid i made it up i dont know why tho

Before demo 3 you could see all swords abilities but it they info were removed after demo 3 Firebrand costs 2 sword energy It's ability is doing 3 damage and 4 fire damage to all enemies Wind force costs 2 sword energy It's ability is to make all enemies 3 phase dizzy which is low-key trash Dark heart cost 3 sword energy It's ability is to steal hp from enemies for 3 turn when hitting enemy, it's also gives armor per damage you are doing (like solitude but armor) Illumina costs 4 sword energy It's ability is to give every player 1.5x damage for whole battle which could be good but it is way too expensive remember what those states could be changed

darkheart is quite obviously going to give us some sort of lifesteal effect for the next attack, or just steal every enemy's health like mr. batty. this is evident from how in the script of the darkheart from sfoth iv, it has a lifesteal feature, healing you for 40% of the damage you did to your opponent. also illumina is NOT going to happen. it will not replace your existing sword at all. other theories may be outlandish, but this one is just dumb.

Have you guys see the old block tales chapter 2 video yet? I watched it and in the moment the tester change the tools(ball slot), i see a "lantern" in it. Because of it, i'm thinking that the next chapter will take place in a mineshaft or a cave, and the lantern will help you in seeing things by equipping it at tools slot. This is NOT confirmed and it's all my thinking, since the old chapter does have a mineshaft and maybe it is for it but maybe it have a purpose in chapter 4? We'll have to wait to find out, i guess.

according to the wiki (when the page was still up), it did about 6 damage and applied dizzy to the enemies for 3 turns

Heres mine
Firebrand- Requires 1.5 SE and 5 SP to use. Deal 4.5%dmg on an enemy and apply burn to that specific enemy by 3 turns and does 1 dmg each.
Windforce- Requires 3 SE to use. All enemys' defense will be disabled for 2 turns and decreases their attacks by 1. However, you will get SLOW for 3 turns and dizziness.
Darkheat- Requires 1.5 SE and 5 HP to use. Apply strength 3 lifesteal to all allys except yourself for 5 turns and also buffs their attacks by +2 in 5 turns.
Illumina- Requires 3.5 SE to use. Multiply all ally attacks by 1.5x and blind all enemies, including yourself in 3 turns. Blindness on enemies causes them to have a chance of attacking their own ally. Blindess to yourself makes your screen white when an enemy attacks you, but guarding/super guarding is increased by a lot and also hearing.
I could see like an ultimate sword power move that takes the whole bar but gives like an effect from all 7 swords at the same time, so healing from the ice dagger, poison on the enemy from the venomshank and so on
Illumina would be so cool, since its the final sword, maybe you could enchant your next attack with the power of the sword of your choosing like if you used illumina then you used the ice dagger, your next attack would freeze and give HP steal or something like that. and if that sucks it could also just give all party members 2 SP while doing so if thats too weak
1:02 My friend sent me a firebrand leak and its just like the venom shank but with fire ( includes : Different Effects, different animation, and very cool )
Firebrand leaked so it’s just the same thing as venom shank but better and different effects. It costs 2 se to use. The leak showed it dealt 4 damage to all enemies and applied a burn effect for 6 turns.
i think
- Windforce would give us x2 timing guard and a "parry" ability because original windforce knockback enemies upon contact
- Darkheart: steals enemies' health or gives you a health stealing effect for the next attack, if we miss then we take damage
-Illumina: get speed up and the main user lunges forward to the enemies, damaging every enemy
Darkheat idea:
we already have 2 defense cards but no offense to incresa your strengt for darkheat it would be perfect it can be like the ghostwalker you turn black and get 3 turns or it gives you a HUGE amount of damage but cost like 3 or 4 focus meter (if 4 focus meter will be added)
Windforce idea:
I think like a tornado would be nice and it will stund them for the next round but it cost 2-3 focus meter
Windforce giving speed up (the ones the bandits use its the same thing as growl but they're not animals) would be a pretty cool thing but how it will work might be wierd since the enemies that use growl or speed up has only 1 turn normally so it should either add a turn or double the turn depending on the Sword energy cost, but i think the firebrand should be somewhat like the venomshank just a different element making it a buffing sword wouldnt quite fit the firebrand in my opinion, making it cost 2 sword energy though would be expected probably to just make it either higher base damage or more burn turns and for Darkheart It should give an effect similar to VLAD's passive basically lifesteal maybe at a cost of -1 or -2 dmg or just at a high sword energy cost for 2 or 3 attacks with infinite duration (just like how dodgy loses a turn of it only when it lets an attack phase through) it should still take a turn if ante up is used stealing 0 hp
We probably have to fight hatred+ in like demo five because as we know from other enemies like ice King and Grefer the voices get stronger the more swords you collect and those voices are hatred
Imagine there was the darkheart tornado, healing and damaging all enemies is great, just like how free heals and sp is nice

illumina idea: using it would appliy effect blind making you unable to choose your target and have a chance to miss your attack entirely however that also goes for enemies when effect ends get charge x3 for 3 turns also after using illumina prayer gets more chances of giving you good buff or heal and has a chance to only buff you or only debuff enemy
What i think unreleased swords will do:
Firebrand: Gives you 3X Free burn effect, Boosts your damage by 3, BUT you will burn for 2 turns. (costs 2 SE)
Windforce: does a epic animation, where u stab the windforce into the ground, you get fling and stab the targetted enemy with your sword, dealing 8 damage. (COSTS 3 SE)
Darkheart: does an epic animation where you shadow-dash towards the enemy like an anime thing, then stab the enemy with your sword, you heal 10 hp and steal 10 HP from an enemy (costs 3 SE)
Illumina: does an epic animation where you unsteathe your illumina, the pink mist surrounds it, Any enemy who attacks you will recieve 5 damage no matter what defense, gives you the effect called "Mist", Mist effect lasts for 4 turns, it charges your damage by 5 for 3 turns, Summons an ally called "Misty ghost", it has 30 HP, it holds an pink transparent sword, it cant be hit unless enemy uses an AOE attack, it's attacks are stab, power stab and ball, It's appearance is the same as your avatar, stab does 5 damage, powerstab does 10 damage, and ball does 5, i forgot to mention that he has a fourth special attack, he needs to use charge though, so he can use the special attack, special attack is... linebounce, yk how linebounce works, so linebounce's dmg will be 7.Illumina will replace your ball, BUT, when mist effect expires, it summons a lighting strike that strikes all enemies that does 5 damage. (Costs 5 SE)
Finally.. all this typing.. is done..
Edit: and also a badge for fun. Badge is called "The hero of the world." How to get it: Complete the whole game. Reward: You gain a crown and everyone's respect All shops will have 50% discount. for saving the world as a reward, Crown gives you 2+ Defense and increases your blocking window by 50%.
1:30 i think it would be more like normal sword attack with life steal (or maybe with new effect that does 2 dmg per turn instead of like poison or fire that does 1 dmg per turn)
I have a stupid theory about the final battle:
In the end we realize the villain is too strong and so everyone in the party (if you are in one) will use their last breaths and combine the swords in one that will replace all of our abilities, it will be strong enough to defeat the monster that kidnapped builderman and free him
This theory is very stupid i made it up i dont know why tho
I think I could predict when they will release fire band in summer, wind force in fall, darkheart in Halloween like ghost walker,llliumina in maybe winter perhaps spring,
Also if illumna replaces sword that would be very forced and knight builds would be impossible

It's ability is to make all enemies 3 phase dizzy which is low-key trash
Dark heart cost 3 sword energy
It's ability is to steal hp from enemies for 3 turn when hitting enemy, it's also gives armor per damage you are doing (like solitude but armor)
Illumina costs 4 sword energy
It's ability is to give every player 1.5x damage for whole battle which could be good but it is way too expensive
remember what those states could be changed
Ice Dagger: Heal 20% and SP
Venomshank: Do 2 damage and poison for 3 turns to all enemies
Ghostwalker: Dodge effect for 3 turns
Firebrand: 2HP and fire effect for 3 turns to enemies
Windforce: apply confusion to all enemies.
DarkHeart: 5 damage to all enemies and applies sleep
Illumina: imitates any sword you want for no NRG (this is the final sword of the game so I think it’s fair.)

FrostBane: Heal all party members and free them from ice
PoisonThorn: Cure poison and poison enemies
MistBlade: get the ghost potion effect for 3 turns (you can move)
FlameEdge: Cure frozen teammates and apply fire to enemies
StormBreaker: Put the enemies to sleep with no trouble at all
VoidSmile: Cure all negative effects and put them on the enemies
LightBringer: heal your team to full and do 50% damage to enemies
darkheart is quite obviously going to give us some sort of lifesteal effect for the next attack, or just steal every enemy's health like mr. batty.
this is evident from how in the script of the darkheart from sfoth iv, it has a lifesteal feature, healing you for 40% of the damage you did to your opponent.
also illumina is NOT going to happen. it will not replace your existing sword at all. other theories may be outlandish, but this one is just dumb.
1:04 I think that it will work a bit like venom shank in you use it, it hits enemies, and inflicts fire damage. If not, then it will probably make ur next attack do fire damage.

well, in SFOTH the DARKHEART is considered the strongest weapon because it deals more damage and lifesteal so I think the DARKHEART will give (possibly) a lifesteal effect

Effect: Simular to the venomshank, dealing 3 damage to all enemies. This will also give every enemy attack down power 3 for 3 turns and burning for 6 turns.
i think firebrand could just be a single target venomshank as they have the exact same size, have a special effect and just feel related to each other
its going to do almost the same thing as venomshank, burn enemies and gives them attack down (yes it was from a leak)
really hope firebrand dose somthing more then just making enemies set on fire
thats just venomshank but better. it should still set enenmies on fire, but also give another effect like lower damage
also, i might start to say the upgrades for swords and balls are absolute the same from paper mario 64, not the ttyd one. (kinda)

chapter 4: fire so probably red thing. i think its probably a jail sort of thing and we fight some founder of the jail
chapter 5: wind so cloudland??? skyland?? i think roblox skylands
chapter 6: darkheart, heart something probably like a crazy scinetist lair
chapter 7: ofc every rpg game based on a specific game takes place at that game: sfoth IV

what i think they do in my opinion
firebrand: burn the hell out of them and get charge 2+
windforce: i think give them dizzy cuz windy = spinny = dizziness
darkheart: prob give them all attack low defense and low attack by 4
illuminaaaa: i think give you +4 charge, -4 defense enemy and 20% of hp
what if theres gonna be a block tales sequel there in the future, you collect energy and power periastrons

My idea for the darkheart Is dealing some damage and the damage Is higher against stronger enemies, just like the darkheart from SFOTH
And the firebrand could inflict heavy damage and burn to one enemy
im sure firebrand will set all enemies on fire and windforce would give a good effect to us

There will be 8 chapters so Illumina is chapter 7 final boss and chapter 8 will be the last chapter (and before anyone says that I'm wrong the pit needs 100 floors for it room name never changing {as the room stands as "the pit of 100 trials"} so floor 80-90 is chapter 8 and floor 90-100 could be a bossrush)
And chapter 8 can be about going back to the future aka getting the sword of time and saving builder man

prelude-chapter 4 is all official (except the firebrand, just the image is official)

Have you guys see the old block tales chapter 2 video yet? I watched it and in the moment the tester change the tools(ball slot), i see a "lantern" in it.
Because of it, i'm thinking that the next chapter will take place in a mineshaft or a cave, and the lantern will help you in seeing things by equipping it at tools slot.
This is NOT confirmed and it's all my thinking, since the old chapter does have a mineshaft and maybe it is for it but maybe it have a purpose in chapter 4? We'll have to wait to find out, i guess.
Ermmmm, lantern was supposed to be chapter 3 but it got scrapped. (Also chapter 4 does not take place in a cave or mine, it takes place in ban land)

Firebrand ability is just lower enemy attack on level 6 also give fire damage level 6 for 6 turn and deals 4 damage upon using cost 2 SE and works the same as venomshank but does double damage and give longer turns attack i mean double attack turns and 2 effect
Also the lower attack effect just the same as the fire effect 6 turns

I honestly think to get the darkheart we need to defeat kyoko's sister, we know that she was a nurse before (blank) happened. Its a bit of a stretch but in SFOTH the darkheart uses lifesteal in SFOTH IV. gimme some theories in the comments.
