    सरकार की policy है की महंगाई बड़े ताकी लोग मजबूरन खरीदे, और property price मैं कभी crash नहीं आयेगा क्योंकी bank कभी घाटा नहीं होने देगा

    जैसे जैसे आधुनिकता बढ़ेगी वैसे वैसे ज़मीनो की और इमारतों की कीमत बढ़ेगी पर सब से बड़ी बात ये है कि इन प्रॉपर्टीज के दाम कितने भी करोडो में क्यों ना हो खरीदने वाले खरीद ही लेते हैं तो इतना पैसा आता कहां से है लोगो के पास !!!

    Ye bahut bda fraud hai .... 30 lakh ka flate achanak 70 lakh ka kaise ho gya ? Buliders aur property agent aur investors ki mili bhagat se gov ne achanak se circle rate bhi bdha diya .... kuch to gadbadh hai daya ..

    These prices are not correct. For ex: Golf course ext average price for multi story apartments is 20k per sft. High is 31k in trump tower but some old socities are less than 20k so average is 20k.
