That isn't even close to correct. I've sold trucks over 1 mil miles customers come back and say they are amazing trucks. everything depends on how well they are maintained. I hand pick trucks I sell.
Automatics are for sissies.. I can shift a manual as smooth or smoother than an automatic... Probably because I've been doing it for over 40 yrs and that's what I demand out of myself.. AND.. I want to be the one who decides when to change ratios , not some bozoputer
Being able to float gears isn't anything spectacular. I could do it in any manual within 2 days of driving a rig. I love manual transmission trucks, cars, exotic cars, and race cars. But the auto's are excellent for many situations. They are also nice after driving 10 hours a day you don't feel so exhausted.. Many guys with your same attitude jump in one for a week and then never want to go back to a manual again. Luckily for you you are probably almost retired, because 95% of trucks built from the factory are automated now. And soon they will be electric which will be completed automatic..
Saludos desde Venezuela 💯👍👍👍👍 fantástico.
